Dr. Mihaljevic and Judy Faulkner, this was a surprisingly enjoyable talk! Thank you, both! I am a nurse at Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation, and I often have many ideas on how to make the EHR more useful to caregivers and patients - especially in the area of patient and family education when it comes to MyChart. I feel we can do better in making ALL information available to patients - even their education items, instead of still sending them home with tons of papers and binders to fumble through. I am amazed at all the efforts the good people at EPIC put forth to make their EHR a living, breathing entity that can easily grow and change where both are needed. Ms. Faulkner, thank you to you and your teams for being so generous with your amazing resources during challenging times such as these.
