@@ЯрославКривич-ч4э Thank you for honouring our Hellenic heritage smack in the centre of your capital city!
I suppose you do realise that Alexander the Great was a Greek King of a Greek City State, who left this vain World 900 years before Slavs set foot in the particular area. Unless you have been too indoctrinated since birth that you are descendants of his!
Besides, people who have some self-respect honour their Country's signature (Prespa Treaty).

@@spyroscharalambidis7907 Alexander was a Slavic man. Slavs have always lived in Macedonia. Greeks are liars. They want to make the world forget that the Slavs were great victors.

@@ЯрославКривич-ч4эI don't blame you for your historical illiteracy. You are the unfortunate victim of the Communist propaganda which indoctrinated and conditioned you since birth that you are descendants of Alexander the Great. A sad by- product of the cold war, the ulterior motive of the communists being to annex the Greek Macedonia into a single entity and thus gain access to the strategically important Aegean and the port of Thessaloniki.
Your views bring smiles to historically literate people.
Besides, your Country has signed a Treaty with Greece, the Prespa Treaty. Pacta sunt servanda!

This brothel in a few years not
there will be. In 1921 it was called Vardarska, in 1946 Yugoslavia, in 1991 Fyrom, in 2018 North Macedonia. Slavs, Bulgarians, Albanians, Turks, Gypsies cannot become Macedonians. Macedonia is GREEK

3:30 The name dispute with Greece was solved. Skopje aknowledged that it's people are Slavs, their language is a South Slavic language similar to Bulgarian and that ancient Macedon is part of the Greek history. All statues showing ancient Greek kings like Alexander and Phillip were renamed to anonymous warriors, airports and roads were also renamed so as to not refer in any way to ancient Macedon. 4:40 This is not Alexander the Great of course, it is just a "warrior on a horse".
Skopje was allowed to use the name "Macedonia" with the word "North" in front, entered NATO and Greece is now protecting Skopje, patrolling it's airspace, since Skopje does not have any fighter jets and almost no military in general. A very good deal for Skopje. Everyone is happy, the end.

You are approaching the issue under a good natured light. Sadly, I have to disagree, as they still insist on using the name plain Macedonia and they still believe they are descendants of Alexander the Great, conveniently putting aside the fact that the Slavs arrived in the area 900 years after the Greek King Alexander the Great. They still insist on usurping part of the Hellenic National heritage. They do not honour their signature (Prespa Treaty). Do you feel that people who do not respect their signature should join United Europe?

I am afraid I disagree with you. You are looking at things under a good natured light. The fact is that these people still insist on using the name plain Macedonia, not honouring their signature (Prespa Treaty). They still believe they are descendants of Alexander the Great. Despite the fact that the Slavs arrived in the area 900 years after the Greek King Alexander the Great. In an obvious attempt to usurp part of the historical heritage of their Greek neighbour. And thus, to attempt to convince the less historically literate people. The issue is far from solved.

I am afraid that several attempts of mine to counter -argue are magically disappearing. Strange, isn't it? Not being of a gullible disposition, I'm not surprised!

How little civil behaviour do you possess, labelling someone delusional, without having even read his views, especially so as they might, in essence be consonant with yours, with some differentiation! I specifically noted that my counter - replies are magically disappearing!!! Shame!
