    If I were to summarize this video
    step 1 => Have a vision
    step 2 => Self-assessment(find your own way, following are THREE)
    step 2a => Courses(Cambly)
    step 2b => Follow a textbook like its your bestie. have full trust and confidence in it. treat it like your only guardian angel for shelter(I liked this point the BEST)
    step 2c => Consume different media
    step 2 interlude => If new language NOT similar to your own known language, best to stick to the textbook. The structure of the book helps you stay focused
    step 3 => Find a daily 30 min block to keep it CONSISTENT
    step 4 => Derived from step 3 , do the daily practice based on your MOOD and SCHEDULE (similar to Eisenhower Matrix but her idea is innovative, just watch the vid for this single tip)
    step 5 => Review weekly to check in with yourself

    The book Atomic Habits really helped me so much with creating new habits by using habits you already have as a trigger. For example, when I started learning German, I would watch comprehensible input videos every day after having lunch. Now, I hope to make enough videos with Portuguese comprehensible input so that people can use my channel this way.
