When someone like Lzzy Hale says things like this about The Warning, it means a lot…especially to them. In terms of live performance, Halestorm is as good as it gets.
I was at this show and EVERYBODY was bringing it last night even in that sweltering heat. My second time seeing Lilith Czar. I think she's great but still most people remained seated. When The Warning came on you could just tell they were feeling great. Ale was as relaxed and happy on stage as I've ever seen her. Granted that's not as much as most of TWA but still. She's like a mood ring for the band. I looked around and most people were on their feet for an energetic performance. My first time seeing The Pretty Reckless - they are really good live and most live videos don't do them justice. Halestorm's show was fantastic. For me the highlight was "Terrible Things" acoustic. My 6th time seeing them and at 38 years old, Lzzy's voice is better than it's ever been. It doesn't even seem possible, but she emphasizes the fact that she trains a lot. This tour means as much to her as it does to DPA for a lot of reasons including friendly competition in the very best sense of the word. That's good for everybody. One last observation. A lot of people - me included - have focused on the connection between Dany and Lzzy. But I saw a sound check video and heard Lzzy singing a Halestorm in the background. Only it wasn't Lzzy. It was PAU. 🤯 Yep.
Lzzy Hale shouldn't even be able to touch a pick that Dany touched. I know my opinion might be hated but those who know me on here know I give not one half of a rat's ass. Halestorm and Shitty Reckless suck ass. I'm surprised they just don't retire after getting their asses blown off the stage by The Warning. Please name one good song by those two bands, I'll wait.
I am so glad I got to see The Warning in a small venue and then again opening for Halestorm. If you have a chance then by all means go see an awesome rock concert with The Pretty Reckless, The Warning and Halestorm. The Warning has become my all time favorite rock band.
Those girls from The Warning really are MEGA-talented and their sweetness and sincere earnestness make them even more endearing. Lzzy is a great ambassador for young, female bands; With regards to the "...hey, guys, we should really start practicing more" comment, she said the same thing when they took out Plush during their previous tour with Evanescence. Another great all-female band.

I started watching the warnings videos on TH-cam to get ready for the hailstorm and pretty reckless concert. Now I am obsessed! These girls are awesome and I cannot wait to see them again.

@@robertomandelli1628 , I'm not going to judge how she may sound today, but the vocal are clearly a big part of Lzzys fame. A least when younger, she could do some impressive stuff with it. A really powerfull vocal for hardrock or metal.

And I can't help but note that recently in an interview Arejay said that they would like The Warning to take them on tour in Mexico, and the rest of the members of Halestorm chimed in to agree. He didn't say "tour Mexico with The Warning". I wonder if anything public is ever going to come out of that songwriting session.
