Wow i grew up listenning to DHA for 40 yrs 1 of the few True Rock stations left! Back in the day you couldnt pick it up well in central nj since they were pretty far north...station plays a great mix not always just the top hits...great DJs too! This is a Big Deal ! Proud of you WARNING!!
There is something very true that Terrie brought up, The Warning Army is a real thing. The army has people posting concert videos, people reacting to official videos, people capturing and reposting The Warning's own live streams, and of course, all the "soldiers" commenting, liking, and further spreading the reach of that content, you can usually find the Usual suspects.
What The Warning have done different than most new bands, are putting a big focus on building an online following, in basically the same way as TH-camrs often do it. I've seen other artists do it, but not with the same effort and energy as The Warning. They are not just some songs and music videos, but so accessible that fans feel it more like "friends" they know personally. That's how you get very supportive fans. Social medias can be a VERY powerful tool if you know how to use them.
The fact that these girls put out content, musically, and personal chats and their intimate songs, such as pau singing "creep:, using modern tech created this bond. They basically proselytize their version of their rock religion, and made thousands of converts, and still do. They really are changing the face of rock. Where record companies squeeze every last bit of money for a sprinkle of content, these girls hand it out, and get more popular because of it.
This is a fantastic group of girls.❤ . Historically, this is Girl-dom expressed from a place not known for Rock Bands or Rock Music ( Mariachi). Not for singing with a huge command of the english language. The feminine gender establishing its place. An inspiration through their creativity and melodiousness. A true inspiration for Rock aficionados and girls. Did I say girls?
Now that Lzzy Hale talked about TW so enthusiasticly I am convinced: TW is a great band already. Imagine: Halestorm is listening to TW from behind the curtain and considering to increase their practicing to keep up with TW. Ok, that's a compliment, but a real heavy one. Hey Republic/Lava, don't ever try to change the style of the girls! It absolutely is the right one. And we need those self and time reflecting lyrics. Btw: I know, they're now doing originals only. But wouldn't a cover of "Don't fear the reaper" by BÖC be a similar monster booster like "Enter Sandman" for them? It would perfectly fit into our time.
@@crackmonkeynet a) The focus of my suggestion in this case is not the music but the lyrics. b) There are hopefully many people who still know DFTR. Other songs are mostly known to the older fans, lesser to the young people. c) To rise in attention the girls have to open up the (younger) mainstream and insert their own unique style into it. d) I hope Republic/Lava tries a new way out of the dead end of stereotyped industrial, computerized and eye oriented "music" (i.e. the TikTok hookline of 16 seconds). People should learn to listen to meaningful lyrics again, the ones TW is delivering.
I have just recently found this band. Thank goodness for them. I was worried for the younger people with the likes of the awful awful awful posers of Greta van whatever.
Take it from Lzzy, The Warning is must see!

I thought I had won over addiction when I quit smoking in 2015. But these girls proved me wrong. 😀
While they are all great bands, The Warning is going to leave all of them (including Halestorm) in their dust…

Since the last song by Pau was recorded at home and Lava allowed it onto the album I'd say they are getting some creative control!
Godzilla gets my vote.
@@Ron898 I agree (w/ exchanged city names).
Post Lzzy Hale she talks about the Warning.
