Just unpacked mine. It's an A1Pro and it did work like a charm to get connected. Just stick to the hint to pair it from the app and not from the Phone. Ran the 1k, did the walkthrough session and it has the full service unleashed. Just the A1Pro is not on the list, but the A1PLUS. I did choose the A1 and its working fine. Bueno. Thank you
I just bought Kingsmith R2 and KS fit doesn't see my device and i cannot unblock or change speed for walking mode. I don't understand shall I change a region or what ? Maybe somehow region impact on it ? I would rather return this treadmill if you can't develop a good APP

I uninstalled the app, re-started my phone, re-installed the app, and then it asked me for location permission which I gave but it KEPT asking me for it - turns out it needed PRECISE location information. Once I did that, it found it right away. So, you could add that to your FAQ/help section that the app needs precise location permission.

Why wont my walking pad go to top speed without the app? I don't understand why an app is needed at all.

Mine says I can add it by scanning QR code but I cannot find a QR code anywhere on the walking pad or the materials that come with it :(

How to reset Kingsmith K15? My maxspeed is limited for some reason to 9km/h... should be 15km/h.
