I've rappelled into this baby in July and it is a beast. It was a 60 ft. rappell down to a 45 degree very narrow run out. I think it is still probably a 40 to 50 ft drop in season. Definitely takes huge huevos to drop this one!
im not sure thats really a 40-50 foot drop in the winter. probably somewhere around 30 feet. still extremely gnarly though. you have to drop in and bank a right turn and depending on snow coverage and recent winds you could land on rock or a very firm surface. theres a reason why you have to sign a waiver to hit this
The biggest drop I've done was about 50 ft. Judging by the hang time , this one was maybe a bit short of 30.... but you land in a mouse hole ! 30 ft feels like you fall a while.... 50 ft gives you enough time to think "so this is how a bird feels".
