You should have mentioned that those top 3 small windows you used are windows that are normally that low on a regular wall. I followed every step but the only small windows that the basegame has, they can't attach to that top level.
my game won't let me place windows on the top portion of the wall, it only lets me place the long windows on the bottom but not the short ones on top....please help

Did you add the split wall at the top of the full wall?

did you use moveobjects on? also it only works with certain windows. some won't overlap properly.
