Who built the building?? The contractors should be held responsible for any failure in the build. Any over spend should be taken from the company who built the buildings
The steel maybe the problem; also, the main inspection of the initial construction. Talk to me.
These contractors should have been educated about how mould works and done their evaluation before they rip out and clean all the steel/pipes in the building. Then to find that there is major problems with the foundation.

That mistaken killing is so crazy. The victim stopped to move the bicycle out of the way. He had no clue that the bicycle was used by a robber. Then the robbery victim thought he was the robber seeing that he was handling the bicycle and killed him. What are the odds of being so unfortunate?
That’s the draw back with ‘jungle Justice’. It’s important to let the relevant authorities run an investigation because not everything that seems obvious is true. It’s rare, but as this situation proves, no matter how rare the occurrence, when mistakes like this happens it’s quite unfortunate.

That needed to be turned down and rebuilt, and that's why money is wasting to be trying to repair and repair after so many years, best to rebuild, so we can have a longer usage of the hospital and a more modern and up-to-date structure. I think they need to try to piece those murders with those bank heists, maybe someone knew too much, and they're from port more. 🤔

Renovation comes with surprises all the time but thats normal. Building a new structure so large would cost more than a renovation process. A new building would require more money for demolition cost, labor cost, permits , locates ,survey, transportation cost and additional materials.
It would be better if they did demolished CRH completely it's 6 years and all now

This is my concern. The Government of Jamaica along with the all stakeholders in the CRH saga need to be sacked, FIRED. I bet any money that the St. JAMES MUNICIPAL CORPORATION would DEMOLISH the entire building/structure If it was a project of a trying citizen or business person. From the get go, once there is a mould then something is deep within happening. Same on you.

Mr Bartlet needs to put his efforts somewhere else where it is needed, like workers protection and better wages in these big hotels. Before you train more people show us where there is a shortage of people lacking in skills to run their business.

The water commission people cut my mother water off in jamaica for $400,000 and I send emails and call them over and over begging them to give me a chance to pay a % of the total bill amount and they are telling me that I have to pay it off or pay the amount of $300,000 before they can put it on back , i am willing to pay on to get the bc water back be cause I believe it paying bills cause they have to pay the staffs and for maintenance, I bc am just asking a simple favors to just give be the chance to pay at least $200 , 000 to a $100,000 and set up a payment plan for the remaining balance and a current account for the president bill but the are still holding back on me
