there was also something called scratch banning countryballs a rumor that scratch was going to but as far as I know it didn't

Well it contains all the countries, territories, historical entities, states, international organisations (UN, EU, AU, AL, OPEC, ASEAN ... etc) and space natural objects (planets, stars ... etc) that ever existed ( you can count aliens as 6balls as well)
