Does NECA make them in 2 plants possibly. They are basically identical aside from some very minor paint differences. The fake ones seem to use the same molds.

Hello I am French and I would like to know if the American Site Trick Or Treat is reliable to order Official Neca Figures?
Tell this person that making an identical fake of this quality does not make sense in terms of making a profit. It's not a fake.
And yes, the paint and the quality of the plastic are the same. They do not make fakes like that.
To eaches own on whatever you want to believe, but I have talked to actual NECA just like anyone can and they will tell you that Fakes are made. As long as your happy with it thats all that matter.
@@TheCollectionDimension I think you are mistaking. The "pizowell" channel has a review of the original figurine from NECA. There is the same pumpkin as in your fake figurine set , and the hands are better than in your original.

What exactly makes you think one is fake? No two are going to be exactly identical. Printing on boxes can vary on ink saturation and different printers. Finish and painting will also vary model to model depending on who is working on each model. I bought mine at Wal-Mart and mine looks slightly different from both of them lol. Completely different ties securing the figure into the blister pack. Clear rubber-like bands, not black ties. Heads were packaged like the "fake" one. The syringe is more clear. Mask has different weathering. IMO both of these are real. Just like a TOTS Myers mask, they all vary.

No the only 18 inch figures I really have seen from china a lot are the alien figures. As far as mcfarlane I haven't felt with any fakes yet but I'm pretty sure with the new lines coming out they will be making fakes

Did you open the real one already? I noticed the masks are on different sides and the knife is out of its spot. I just bought one and noticed the masks are on the same side as the fake one and am nervous I bought a fake one.
This is why you buy them at stores period
i would say the biggest difference in all fakes vs all reals is the crease white size on middle of inside when opened....all are real bad with a big white crease/seperation on fakes.....but on real its always a thin white line crease perfectly straight down the whole length!

Fake ones are usually coming from Aliexpress, Amazon/Ebay (Some Sellers), Alibaba and places like that. Its harder to tell the difference between the newer ones. The main thing that I have found out is the date they came out. Do you know the date on th eones you have? If they are from the first release then possible to be a fake. If it is a re-release, I have yet to receive a fake of a rerelease

Editing: There are multiple runs of this. The one on the left is similar to the later runs of the figure and this does not inherently mean a figure you purchased (From a reputable seller) mean it to be 100% fake.
Where the hell do you even find a fake Neca figure besides online? Ive mainly seen fake Mezco figs. I'd be so damn pissed if I ended buying a fake Neca fig. Scary how close these two are. Definitely could fool me if I didn't know what to look for. Thank you for these vids. You got a new subscribe out of me.
All the companies that sell the fake mezco usually have fake neca in their eBay store. When you look at the description it will say it in the wording. Sometimes calling it china version ect. If you speak to some of them they will admit that it is not legit.

I got a fake part 4 Friday the 13th and a fake Freddy versus Jason
So I got mine yesterday and first impressions the box looks like the real one, sadly one of the eyes is looking to the bottom corner, I’ve seen some figures that don’t have a glossy look but have perfect eyes, so I’m not sure if mine’s fake or if it’s a miner defect, anyway I’ll prolly keep it, should I paint the eyes black ?
I had exact same problem with the eyes on mask with no tears, the mask looked way off, but I display with blood tears so kept it. I too am thinking of blacking out the eye with paint

I'm so thinking about it, been setting it up on display....did you use a marker or thin model paint brush? I was disappointed with the look and mould of the mask, the tear one one just looks a better shape face too. Yes I reakon the black eyes would make it look less off I bet. Thanks for the relpy dude

If you don't have one for comparison, you just wouldn't know. These are not super valuable, so it's not really a big deal. Everything is being counterfeited. It's crazy.

it seems both figures are real. Perhaps it were released at different times in different circulations.
The only reason I know its a fake is because the place I bought it from i also bought my fake Mezco Figures and those are 100% fake because some don't even have the logo lol the newer Neca figure fakes are made real good right now thats why I havent done any recent videos of them

My suggestion would be for you to not say which is fake and which is real at the very end. It'd be like a mystery all video and then I could feel satisfied if I guessed right.

It sucks, at least he didn't fight you on it lol. I constantly get people telling me I'm stupid that they don't make fake figures even though Neca admits it. Thats kinda why I havent done many videos on them lately because it gets annoying sometimes lol.
