  • In this video we show you how to prepare frozen pre cooked octopus tentacles.
    For a correct frozen pre-cook octopus cooking, we recommend the following steps:
    ➜ Desfrost the octopus. Remove the paper bag and place it in a container with water. Let it defrost for 30 minutes.
    ➜ Remove the plastic bag, slice the tentacles and place them on a plate.
    ➜ Place it in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes.
    ➜ Plate in a wooden plate and season at taste with extra virgin olive oil, paprika and salt.
    Enjoy!

    how to learn to be bad at cooking. make a marinade of lemon juice/pepper salt and olive oil. pop that shit on a grill till the very tips look like they're shrinking and getting dark. remove (shouldn't take more than a few minutes) and hit it with more lemon/ olive oil and some fresh chopped parsley. there fixed it.

    Everyone is an expert; no one is open to other techniques and ways. I tried it this way and it was great and all my island friends liked it. Of course I told them straight up I didn't make my usual tako poke so they knew it was gonna taste a little different. They loved it and asked for the recipe. I gave them this vid link and told them not to pay attention to the negative "expertiser" comments. Thanx for this vid.

    Why wouldn't you marinade before cooking and sear it whole? This looks disgusting.

    Not convinced microwave cooking any seafood is a good idea.

    My dudes, it’s pre-cooked. Microwaving it is what you’re supposed to do, not re-cook it.

      You're supposed to sear octopus after it's cooked. Not microwave it.

      baseballhunter42 it’d probably be tastier if you did that, but I microwaved it and it’s just fine

      sauteing it?? or like throw salt or something on it and not just some spice ?

    • @lukakostallas4576
      @lukakostallas4576 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@lizzywolf2526 yea it’s the same, you can sauté it and it would probably be tastier, but you can still just microwave it and it’s gonna be edible.

      How to ruin an expensive piece of fish. Microwaves should be illegal.
