My Newest and Most Recent Lionel Train Haul from Chicago

Why Go to York when you can go Hobby Shop hopping with friends? Recently I took another trip to Chicago and had a lot of fun. Hung out and ran trains with friends, went to IRM and went hobby shop hopping. Even though I wasn't able to make it to York This Year, it definitely Felt like I still went with everything I ended up buying. Hope you guys enjoy the video!

My travels to York, PA were with my father when I was between the ages of 14 and 34. We would always travel with local friends in a Winnebego, a camper and two cars or just a couple of cars. Great memories. I remember those cold, snowy nights or early mornings going to the restrooms outside the black hall. Our hauls were mainly postwar and prewar trains from Lionel, Ives, American Flyer. I remember the time my father found and bought a black finish prewar Lionel 763e. That was our first real treasure as it was a high end item at that time (1977) and even now, it is considered a must have to make a prewar collection complete.
