    This is the only type of meditation that worked best for me i feel so much happier now! Normally i would cry every single day. So far i have not cried for 3 days! Feeling accomplished

    I’m currently quitting nicotine and THC. Almost a week now. These meditations kill my anxiety and headaches. So glad Ive been showing up to these. It was hard to sit at first but it gets easier every time. Twice a day for five minutes. I can spare that can’t I? Lol peace ✌️

    I don't meditate as often as I should. But I am in the mist of packing to move, I have an hour to finish the room I'm on, shower, get my two children ready, and be ready to go do a final walkthough of our home. I was having a lot of anxiety feeling like I was never going to get it done. My children are very excited therefore behaving like children do. But it added to my anxiety. So I told them I needed a five minute time out and this was the first one that popped up when looking for a 5 min meditation video. Thank you to the creators because I am now feeling like I can manage my feelings in a more productive way.
