      U used melatonin too? I have used it since I was five. Ya, it stopped working. :/ so I have had to divert to something else.

      @@gachacados Yeah I started using it a few months ago... I decided that it was probably bad that I almost relied on it to fall asleep... But these meditations are actually working even better than that so yay!

    i was feeling so bad about myself and i thought maybe i should try and make myself feel better and try meditating tonight. once you said i am safe i started breaking down in tears bc i don’t feel safe and i know it’s not your fault. thank you for your video

    Midway through the meditation, I started crying. T.T It hit deep when you said that all is unfolding as it should. I am where I am right now and to tune in to my heart. To connect to it. Gawd it hurts. :( I have been so hard on myself. I need to forgive myself for all the bad decisions I made. To finally accept love and forgiveness. Thank you so much. ❤️

    I read the comments thinking they hyped this video up way too much, but it honestly feels so much longer than 10 minutes because this relaxation walk through is truly that. I am an abuse survivor, I've had an absolutely horrible emotional day, and this walk through was absolutely perfect for my needs. Beautiful voice, relaxing, calming. Thank you guys so much, this video helped in a tangible way and I am definitely using this video again in the future.

    WOAH, so I usually take like a REALLY long time to fall asleep but when played this I could feel myself falling asleep within the middle of the video and slowly being unable to hear the voice and actually fell asleep within the ten minutes. This is amazing :D your voice is so soothing

    When I tell you I’ve been listening to this every night since I first found it, it’s no joke!!! This has become part of my bedtime routine, listen to this first, I end up dozing off slightly at the end, and then switch to Netflix and I almost always fall asleep right after!!! So relaxing and helpful, thank you so much for this! ♥️♥️♥️
    Edit: 4 months later and I now listen TWICE a night and usually fall asleep the second time!

    Idk why but the way this made me emotional along with self realisation is literally soo powerful. At the beginning looking at the comment felt that it is just a lot hyped but after the experience I willingly say I was wrong....Always will listen this at night...❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I've done some guided meditations in the past, but this is definitely my new favorite! I never thought about setting an intention for my dreams; I've rarely remembered them in the past but am anxious to try out this method and see what happens! Also, I've never thought about thanking myself for making good decisions. What a thoughtful, confidence-boosting 10 minutes! Totally got me ready for sleep too. 👍

    During the meditation, I had a zombie ad, which completely snapped me out of the energy I created when meditating. That sucked 😕 But other than that, this was incredibly helpful. Thank you 💕

    This narrators voice is so calming and relaxing tonight I did have the best night ever I don’t know how but I don’t think I want to listen to any other narrator. I felt stressed from my high school and all the homework and this calming voice before sleep really helps. She is the doctor of the mind she should get paid more than a doctor for this thank you so much for this wonderful meditation.

    If you have trouble getting comfortable or have insomnia (i have it too) i have some advice. Make sure to sleep in any position you want weather it being on the side, belly down, or up. If sleeping on side I suggest having your spine strait instead of curved down like you would get on a less fluffy pillow. The pillow cube is amazing at doing this, you can also use a very fluffed up pillow. Something that helps me with anxiety is having a small pillow ontop of me when sleeping. Make sure all of your clothes are not twisted and sitting on your body comfortably, I personally like baggy hoodies to sleep in. Don't overdo it with blankets, make sure you feel just the right tempature for your body. Another thing is making a small motion with a body part. This could be as simple as twitching a pinky or as complicated as moving your head bake and fourth. The things that help me the most is scratching the outside of my lip slowly or making a slow circle motion with my foot on the wall.

    I've been struggling getting to sleep at a resonable time lately. Before coming to this meditation I had a pounding headache, an this really helped me alleviate the stress in my neck and get rid of the headache. I've never felt more ready to fall asleep after this. Thank you

    This made me realized something. I’ve been dreaming of my high school graduation every two to three months. I think my brain knows that I never really accepted leaving school, because I have always had the feeling of missing out. But it really wishes I can graduate high school, mentally. And finally close that chapter of my life.
