Kawasaki er6f starting problem

Noisy on start up . Intermittent some times starts on the button ,then this about 5-6 Starts then back to nornal

For those who are looking for the reason
This is a starter's freewheel. Can be fixed by complete replacement of this detail and can be prevented by keeping your accumulator charged and in good shape.

I have the same problem. I think the problem is in the gears of the start engine system, not in the start clutch. More specifically on the axle of one of the gears. I'm gonna try machining a new one this week. I'll post the results.

I have the same. Change battery, spark, rectifier but nothing. One day working perfect the other does not start...

Hey Derrick! i have been having the same problem. Have you figured out what your problem was eventually? I took out my starter motor and checked everything. So far it looks fine. I replaced my battery, oil, oil filter and my spark plugs, and i just don't know what to do with it.

Please diagnosis,maybefiring system advance hard,,leave ground terminal battery ....next on switch ,next install again ground trminal ,and try start to do
