That sounds like a starter relay issue? Have you checked that?
Hi Alfred this bike has long since gone to the junk yard. However, at the time I did check that issue and the motor was just seized.
Did you fix it?
No he junked the bike.
Could be Hydro lock they fill with fluid in no start conditions pull the plugs crank it
Sadly no it was seized up.
