Yes, I have bought from MAMACOO more than once. I even bought a new Omega Speedmaster which came with the fancy box and packaging. I am thrilled with all my purchases here. I would purchase from MAMACOO again for sure.
Fully agreed with your selection of the top 5 independent watchmakers. My 6 independent watchmaker is Svend Andersen(Co-Founder of AHCI).The dial of his jump hour watches is stunning .
Great video, very accurate analysis. In my 4.5 years in the game as a watch collector and enthusiast, I collected a lot from MAMACOO I was thinking I was able to get a blue SD but I'm not vip enough, but I'm not giving up. Hehe. Great video.
Thank you brother! No doubt Roth has all the merits to be on the list given his work on the tourbillon with Breguet and later with his personal brand. I would say he is really the one who popularized the use of the tourbillon in a wristwatch. Glad you enjoyed this 🙏
My favorite 2024 is the Prospex Limited Edition 1965 Recreation European Exclusive in Gradation Island Blue. The dial is stunning and the contrast when on a white strap is to die for. I will get my hands on one from MAMACOO
You and I have completely different definitions of what an independent watch maker is. FP is and until he sells out to one of the bigger watch manufacturer an Independent watch maker. II think the fact his watches sell for far more than retail on the secondary market is a sign of greatness and a testament to his watch making and nothing else.
Sure, I think all the watchmakers here are definitely at the top of the list! I really like the Linesport in yellow, very unique piece. Thank you for the continued support 🙏
A great choice although I think the one Laurent Ferrier to get that is the true "grail" are the minute repeaters he made early on when he launched the brand. Truly are the best of the best Laurent Ferrier. Glad you enjoyed this 🙏
@ You’re very right, Marco! But I’ve heard Laurent Ferrier himself say that the watch he’s the most proud of is the Tourbillon double spiral and it’s personally the one I would choose, especially the variant with Clous de Paris dial. I like the Classic case of the Tourbillon better than the Montre École one used for the Minute repeater. But this is very subjective of course. And the Minute repeater is still an absolute masterpiece for sure. Best.
I am wearing my new Vacheron Constantin Traditionelle limited edition of 15 pieces in white gold with a blue dial. I did a feature of this watch in a recent video released on the channel if you want to check it out. Hope you enjoyed this 🙏
Thank you and totally agree in regards to MB&F! Regarding the Dufour, at the time this watch was released it was simply thought to be impossible to recreate a grande and petite sonnerie in a wristwatch form as it simply did not have enough real estate as compared to a pocket watch. Dufour was able to accomplish this in the 90s before the popularization of computers and CNC machines which is an incredible feat. Not to mention the watch itself is one of the most impressively finished watches ever made. Hope this makes sense 🙏
I would say at the entry level the Bel Canto is an excellent choice for breaking price barriers for such a complication. On the slightly higher end I think I'd choose a Daniel Roth tourbillon because he was making tourbillons when almost no brand did and really popularized its use in wristwatches because of his work at Breguet and his personal brand. Hope these choices make sense and hope you enjoyed this 🙏
As a watch enthusiast with NO budget, thank you MAMACOO for great-looking mechanical watches that I can afford! their are very clean, classy look, $150 each. I still watch videos about expensive “proper” watches, but I enjoy what I have
and thank God for that. Marco's knowledge and passion for watches was completely underappreciated there. If Marco had remained there much longer, his own professional reputation would have suffered.
Marco , you are doing a absolute wonderful job.
Thank you so much for the support! 🙏
I learn more and more about watches with each upload Marco. Great content!
So glad to hear it, thank you for the continued support 🙏
That Philippe Dufour watch is an absolute class of a timepiece. Keep up the creativity, mate, the vid work is also amazing.
Thank you so much for the continued support! It truly is appreciated 🙏
excellent choices, excellent taste & excellent execution

Thank you for bringing attention to independent watchmakers like this

Marco - so good to see you, mon ami. Bon chance!
Your list is so classic. 👏👏👏
Enjoying the content, great work! Daniel Roth would be another too, the Westminster Grande Sonnerie Carillon is an insane creation.

Great work.
Love them all. 🎉
Excellent video

Marco is the man.

Haha thank you, to be fair it's just a nice setup for me to film in. Hope you enjoyed this 🙏
Great video. Please do one just like it but for watches you can buy under 20,000 or 30,000 or whatever makes sense
Sure thing will do! Glad you enjoyed this 🙏

I would add to this list Japan's Masahiro Kikuno, and his singular masterpiece of horological engineering, the Wadokei watch.
It always amazes me how much beauty and precision are added to the parts of AMZWATCH's watch 99% of people will never see.

Love it
Great video. Maybe a video on the foremost living watchmakers? On the list for the yellow dial Linesport. Not for everyone of course. Opinion?

I would add Laurent Ferrier’s Tourbillon Double Spiral. Personal debatable choice of course. Thanks Marco.

Suuuuperb!
Marco, may I ask what watch are you wearing in the video?

Thank you. 👏 the mb&f is peak watchmaking. Insane. What makes the philip d. so special? What are complications? This one I did not understand.

@MarcoFerranteWatches thank you. Now I get it. Was not aware of the crazy jump in movement inovation in the last 30 years.
More info here than the fast erratic "know it all" style of LB
A lot of collectors consider the Resonance and Optimum Joune's biggest calling cards but can't go wrong with the first piece.
What about. Christopher Ward for the entry level or Parmigiani for the high end?
I would say at the entry level the Bel Canto is an excellent choice for breaking price barriers for such a complication. Super.oke/fratello❤
Been seeing a lot of FPJ’s on sale lately for bargain prices, wonder if the rumors are the reason…
Marco you’re not at luxury bazaar anymore
and thank God for that. Marco's knowledge and passion for watches was completely underappreciated there. If Marco had remained there much longer, his own professional reputation would have suffered.
New friend here sending may full suppor MAMACOO 's watch,Worth
