This.. this was fvcking needed. Everyone talks about how artists need discipline and marketing whatever whatever ( which I know is true ). . But hearing Kingpin talk about how much he’s sacrificed and work he’s put in to be in his position is so refreshing to hear. Im working a full time job , working part time ( DoorDashing after a 8+ hour day while I type this ). Writing , recording , engineering & marketing my own music. Performing my music. It’s a lot of time and sacrifices. Barely time with friend’s family and romantic interests. Because I know this will set up my future generations with my Last name. I am / will build up the Fatal name to be known all over the world. Writing & recording for a over a decade but just became serious last year. Just wanna say thank you , to Sean , Kohrey , and Kingpin.. for my favorite episode of NLN.
You have to make music, people would wanna hear. That shit ur making is not right study the the greats study the latest study music, study art. I didn’t even want to reply but I went to hear ur shit. And it reminded me of my ex homie that got laced and tries to make music and it just makes me sad hearing that shit.
Everything this man says is NO CAP! I remember seeing dude multiple times in the south at conferences and he was always about dropping gems. Salute to the OG RapJuggernaut
I fk with this finding yourself and "making people care". I've seen people feel entitled to fans and even fuss at people for not hitting like ect. You're so right you can't force people to care without showing the receipts when you haven't developed the rep. I think it's best when you don't care what people think because then you making music for yourself first and whoever else likes it. I think solely needing outside validation in order to do things and to be successful is a recipe for disaster. "nobody is coming to save you" is something i've heard before a few times. It can either be encouraging or empowering depending on who is hearing it. To me its empowering because i'm in control and can do what I want. However, if you have a heavy victim mentality and disempower yourself daily "nobody is coming to save you" is terrifying although it's 100% true.
i dont know how i just came across this video. but what a breath of fresh air man... Feels like i'm listening to myself talk about entrepreneurism. Gonna keep my foot on the gas an keep pushin. hope you all get rich... blessings. def a new fan

What a line!!!!! "Success comes before work only in the dictionary" - Rapjuggernaut. The truth No shortcut. Maybe based on connections. A Rapper might get a shortcut rising to the top faster than a true indie. Getting on radio due to connections more than talent. If he/she had to advertise like us indies through google and other methods then he would have less listeners/fans
Hip hop saved my life bro. . I am what I am today because of hip hop and I'm headed for greatness because of hip hop .... we finna change the culture for real
I feel like they really enjoyed having him on the show, and we need more wisemen like this in the music business. Thank you for your knowledge and inspiration!! God Bless 😊💪🏿
Gotta respect a man using cooking allegories to explain composing/producing music. That's it. Nobody is waiting. Take your time. It's between you and god. Keep building that staircase step by step and one day you'll find yourself on a higher level, but keep building because that's what you love
Thank you all for that you do. This episode was so motivational."what are you waiting for"that statement changed me🙌🏽 it will be rewarding the day we get to link up. You gentlemen are the truth!
I've been in branding and marketing for some amazing companies for just over 17 years, started at my first agency at 16. I'm almost finished with an album I've been working on producing and recording. Professionally, I'm focusing on "taking my talents" to the industry. This was really inspiring thanks for posting it. His story of “getting started” is exactly how it starts when you decide to be an entertainment entrepreneur💯 It begins JUST LIKE THAT… I walked away from running a video rental store and being an open enrollment customer support person to be a comedian
I found this Man incredibly motivating and I’d like to remember all this when I start to get frustrated as a musician. Thank you for allowing him time to speak. 🙏🥰
It ain't for the swift it's for those who can endure. This is a WORD. EVERYTHING is a marathon and those who treat it like a sprint burn out. They start things and never finish them

I came to this video to see how I can make money from music without releasing a record, and got a whole life lessen😂 I picked up quite a few gems💎💎💎 though, like when he was saying worry about your own battle with yourself, to improve yourself because once you start worrying about other people you loose the battle, and by battling yourself will improve your life in general.
