I disagree with Wendy. The money is more important then the art. The artist is only investing time to the art. The label is investing money and time into breaking the artist. A label is potentially two ways to the artists one way

I don’t really like the comment about your prime years being 18-25.. we need to get past this. Good music doesn’t have an age and artists can make their best music and be the most profitable for their team and themselves at any age.

That GPS comment she made is a hidden gem! Most people metaphorically walk aimlessly down any and every road, not knowing where they want to go but holding on to the belief that they'll know it when they see it. If you have a destination in mind, you can take actionable steps to get real results and get you closer and closer to that destination💯

I don’t think people suck . I think this system that people have to abide by made them that way and most people just do it because they feel like they have too and that creates these problems.. but I loved the video for sure it was great. I also think that the area of music that we are in or were in as far as mumble rap does suck because of the falsehoods it creates and now this genre of female artist that are coming out like ice spice and so on that are destroying the image of great woman and even children! And this is why I make music the way I do. And I will never support it because I know what it does to our community .. That’s another reason why I was kinda iffy about Wendy saying she doesn’t think it suck. Yes people are struggling and have mental issues and those same people are getting big off their music that degrades us or glorifies a certain lifestyle and the some people go out and make money off this over and over again knowing the effects that it has on the community.. I will never innerstand this . I know it’s hard finding people like me who do this type of music and is good at it on top of that but you can encourage artist who are good to switch the message ..

21:45 is crucial. Reminds me of what Trump said: "If I owe the bank 1 million dollars, I have a problem. If I owe the bank 100 million dollars, WE have a problem". The more risk your financial investor(s) take on, the more invested they will be in seeing you win. This is a major gem and mindset shift.

She's GREAT~! It's always interesting seeing and hearing numbers/scenarios young talent get presented with. No, don't. Not with a major label, and it sounds like youre past needing it anyway. Make your own if you want to be a part of one!
I've talked to people about what kind of numbers would make then want to sign with something out of their norm, and what I've learned is when someone can't give you a number, it's normally bc they would sell for almost nothing, or there's probably not a number they'd sell for at all. You sound like the latter, and that's commendable!

Interesting - She mentioned the three key things to break as an artist is - Right Team, Right Budget and Know How! See how she didn’t mention a good track? Why? Because music is subjective. If you have a good backing (budget) the marketing and Payola alone will make the masses love your music!

I've been at it 3 years..
I'm an unconventional producer... trying to take the oldest old and mix it with the newest new...
Mainly I'm focusing on Earl Scruggs, Scruggs style, and formula... He was one of the main pioneers and a creator of the genre bluegrass..
I've been mixing it with today's electronic music...
I'm trying to come up with different styles and formulas myself...
I see myself more as a DJ /performer rather than a producer... in the future..
    I go by

I have no real understanding of all of this...
But I tried to do my homework and work everyday...
    I'm only on "BL"

I see why my marketer Bobo talks about being inspired by Wendy. She does have valuable knowledge and stories to tell. We have benefited a lot from being in the brandman community. She is right about music is not free to play. I have been a part of a label before that has made big moves, but invested very little and that's in most of their artist and not just me. We are business minded people as I'm sure y'all from the network know if you know Bobo, myself, or Interstellar. That label did not work for me because when we went to them looking for investments even with higher leverage than the artist they have they wanted to cap me under a certain level due to pride and ego. Now not only have we grown TH-cam channels over 10k, I have more placements than those other artist, and continue to grow. Once we find out how to generate more capital, or get investors we will def be able to do this ourselves without any labels. You don'tneed them. What you need to do is invest in yourself and knowledge.
