Hey I'm shopping around for good shocks.
Usually I like aluminum enclosed shocks, but I'm thinking about these red aluminum cr24 shocks, or the HR black aluminum shocks that you've probably seen.
My questions: Are these good shocks, have you used the HR shocks, how many mm from hole to hole?

Hey, after driving this cr24, modding it up, and doing the same with the scx24... how would you compare them, pros and cons.

The red cr24 shocks are nice shocks, I like them. They are a bit longer than HR shocks, and have more travel.

Six wheeler trucks would this be a good upgrade for that? Also would this be an upgrade that is suitable for the panda hobby trucks I know their control isn’t great
I would do the mini 4 speed Tamiya gearbox or the servo transmission upgrade over this one
So not sure if I did something wrong I tried to put this upgrade kit in mine and now it seems like the transmission is super tight and the gear mesh does not feel good at all is there anyway to adjust this is it possible to put the spur gear on backwards?
Yeah, my first thought would be to disassemble it again and carefully inspect the pinion gear. Make sure it is located so it lines up with the spur gear and that it is centered on the spur. Not too far in or out on the motor shaft

@@BullgearRCvideos 😎 now I'm not saying that the review on the trailer is what did it, all I'm going to say is that I have not heard from him in a little while as well. I'm not going to lean towards any particular reason but I will say this, right up the street from where they work there's a lot going on. I'm not saying that he's involved in any way but just the fact that there is large protesting groups of people in that General vicinity could be keeping some people from their jobs. Like I said, I'm not saying that is exactly what it is but you and I have the same rep and you and I have not heard from him in about the same amount of time. I will keep you posted if for some reason I hear from KP before you do. I will say this, I remember your review on the trailer and it was 100% spot on. If I was the one that received the trailer I would have given the same review. Keep you posted😎
I used the Upgrade too, but i have some trouble. Steering works, throttle too. But if i Need some torque my engine stops. No movement anymore. Some ideas to solve. Atm i am done with it.
Been a while since I messed with them, maybe the motor is bad.
How did you find the overall speed on the new motor? I found mine to be significantly slower then the stock motor.
It's been a long time, but I seem to remember, the low speed control being better.
So I wonder if you can get scx24 stuff in this? I was thinking about putting my stock stuff from my bronco in the cr-24. U think it will work uncle Lee

Do you recommend us getting this upgrade kit? Im a bit low on budget im thinking of getting the scx24 but if installing this upgrade makes the cr24 as good ill definitely buy it
It will upgrade your cr24 but scx24 will still be better
@@BullgearRCvideos thanks for the tip wont bother to upgrade i will save for the scx24. Bought the kyosho 4runner first i think ill use the wheels from the hobby plus just like you did seems to fix alot of the issues the 4runner have

It sounds like you may need to bind your reciever to your radio. I didn't have to do that with the stock reciever in mine, so don't know the procedure right off. But I will look into it for you. Or if you have GOOGLE translate on your phone it will translate the part of the instructions that you need

@@graciejay2936 if you look at the esc you will see a little hole with the word bind by it. Turn on radio, turn on truck and quickly push the button in the hole with a paper clip or something similar and see what happens

@@MarcRCAddict your welcome brother. The shocks are not oil filled, but they are smoother and softer than the stock plastic shocks so they will completely compress during articulation

Yes you can run 1 or 2s with this
so you dont know if the motor is an upgrade? seems odd not to be!
Physically it looks identical, but like I said in the video, the magnets seem stronger, and there is a noticeable improvement in low end torque. So yeah I would say it is an upgraded motor
