6x45 = 270 not sure what the bar weighs 20-45 (probably closer to 45 if its a good bar) after banging his elbow! I've just recently started lifting because of these videos I can barely do half that for a couple of reps.

Did my first deadlift a couple weeks ago. 90 pounds.
The friend I was with told me to find out my Max so I did and it was 210.
2 days ago I tried deadlifting for the second time and got 220.
I'm 14.
