Ingredients:
puff pastry: 400 g (14 oz)
sour cream: 90 g (3.2 oz)
cinnamon: 15 g (0.5 oz)
frozen berries: 300 g (11 oz)
honey: 30 g (1.1 oz)
corn starch: 35 g (1.2 oz)
butter: 30 g (1.1 oz)
The drink:
Nutella: 15 g (0.5 oz)
hot milk: 150 ml (5.1 fl oz)
coffee: 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
whipped cream: 20 g (0.7 oz)
decorative chocolate: 5 g (0.2 oz)

So it’s 10 mins more or less….its still very simple and fast and looks very yummy. Ignore the critics! It’s a very beautiful pie with unlimited possibilities!Thank you for sharing!

Я удивляюсь,зачем показывать как со всех сторон вилкой приписывать и потом по пирогу,для вас выгодно длительность видео,а подписчикам не интересно и УХОДЯТ!
Обязательно приготовьте,это вкусно,примерно так часто готовлю.Иногда наношу ягоды на корж и получается открытый пирог.

It’s similar to my Mom’s blueberry pie recipe. Cook fruit, add sweetener and cornstarch, pour into pie plate. Bake. And have vanilla ice cream nearby!

Video should have been edited to eliminate some of the repetitive work. We don't need to see the sour cream spread more than a couple seconds, nor the crimping of the entire dessert, or docking the entire top with a fork.

Enjoyed learning a new receipt that I will try, but it took away to long as others have said! I'm going to make using strawberries, and cream cheese that has been made spreadable with sour cream, plus dip th fork in flour to keep from sticking! Thanks lyndaarnold

Could you substitute cream cheese instead of sour cream ,and extra fine sugar instead of honey,mixing the sugar with the cornstarch for the thicken. That's what I think I am going to try another type of fruits.

Many fruit pastries have cream cheese in them, it would be delicious!!! Or creme freche!!! It’s more a blend of cream cheese and sour cream.

I agree with Heidi. Boiling berries took "10min" by itself. Then you need to let berries cool. Before spreading. So at least 30 -45 minutes at best to prepare
Можно сделать подготовку значительно быстрее. Мороженные ягоды хорошо обваляйте в крахмале, выложите на тесто, а сверху хорошенько посыпьте сахаром. И все. Дальше можете выпекать. Только лучше смазать желтком, а не маслом. Результат такой же, но минут 20 сэкономите. Делаю только так😅
If you have frozen berries, all you need to do is thaw them and spread them. Pour a little honey over them -- the oven will do the rest.
I like elements of this recipe, but it seems a great deal of work for very little.

They should’ve said the VIDEO was 10 minutes! That was the longest 10 minutes of my life. And get that person an offset spatula please!! The video was excruciatingly slow and the music was so sleep provoking.

I would like to know how to move puff pastry without tearing it. Have never been anle to do that in 40 years 😂. That would be worth a 30 minute video alone. Puff pastry and phylllo pastry both.
It is so good. I gave it an hour (it took a little longer) despite the 10 minute com on which was the reason I tried it at all. There are many deserts I would make instead of that take 70 minutes and that are better.
