250ml/1 cup lukewarm milk
100g/7 tbsp melted butter
100g/1/2 cup vanilla sugar
1 egg at room temperature
1 egg yolk at room temperature
25g/a cube of fresh yeast
1/4 tsp salt
The zest of a lemon
Filling🫐:
400g/3 cups blueberries
50g/1/4 cup vanilla sugar
10g/1 tbsp cornstarch
Glaze🍋:
125g/1 cup +2 tbsp+1 tsp powdered sugar
Lemon juice
