- In today's mario video we are going to look at the origin, secrets, timeline, story, lore, mysteries and history of the bosses seen in the #supermario games made by nintendo. Throughout the years there have been a lot mario games like super mario world, super mario 64, super mario sunshine, new super mario bros, new super mario galaxy, super mario 3d land, super mario 3d world, super mario run, super mario bros 3 and not too long ago they released the new super Mario odyssey for the nintendo switch which has all kinds of new characters like cappy and locations like the sand kingdom, new donk city and bowsers kingdom. In these games we have seen power ups like the fire flower, ice flower, super mushroom, mega mushroom, super star, hammer suit, spring mushroom and way more. But there were power ups that helped mario, luigi, toad, princess peach, rosalina and the others to escape bowser, the broodals, koopalings and bowser jr. The bonneters were once boos but changed their ways (like the koopa troopa who has the walking minigame) and digised themselves by wearing hats. They used their powers to make a mirage around cap kingdom to keep visitors away (they might be shy or dont want people to find out their real identity as boos).
This explains the absence of boos and visitors in cap kingdom.
They wear hats to protect themselves from Mario
Why can’t boo be as nice as these ghost also does the cap kingdom remind you of Halloween town from nightmare before Christmas
Yeah it's very Tim Burton like (he made that movie) and yeah idk, boos are just shy and evil hahaha
Who really knows if my hometown has a dark secret or not? Or if us Bonneters were formerly humans or not? And how our powers really work? But the concept is cool.

There's a third detail that is referencing Victorian London.
The monochrome ground(by monochrome I mean grayscale and the like).
That's an interesting kingdom and a good place to start a game. I never noticed the blinking interval on the Odyssey.
I did, but I didn't look any further beyond that.
By the way, does anyone else think the Cap Kingdom is supposed to be the spooky level of Super Mario Odyssey? I can't think of another Kingdom that could fit the bill.

.. suddenly , the end of your video is making me wonder, about a couple of things .. if Luigi was or could of been afraid of cappy or the rest of his kind when he did show up at the cap kingdom before Mario?.. also I never thought about what E.gadd would do if he knew about this place either? Would he really want to capture innocent ghost creatures like cappy for himself ? I kind of realized at one point after beating LM3 , that E.Gadd doesn't really need Luigi to catch ghosts , anyone, if he wanted E.Gadd could just make a bunch of copies of gooigi,
& send them off anywhere to bring back all the ghosts wants.. sometimes I wonder if that was E,gadd side intention or plan all long ,to clone Luigi, that way if Luigi one day ever wants to quit or was killed on a job he still have something eles to still catch ghosts ..after seeing the other colored gooigi in the DLC , that what give me the idea anyway.. I know the game says gooigi was created by accident but .. the facted he picked Luigi & his poltgust G00 to be gooigi form, does make me wonder if both of them could become a problem later on ? If Nintendo/ next level wanted to try to go this way for a new game/ story ?
Plus these little ghosts hat guys , also could be dangerous or be used as a tool for evil too , they can control anybody they capture, so if just one of them was evil or was all captured by another villain , they could used or be forced to turn the ones they catch & control into slaves..
Of course these r just my ideas for fun, Nintendo will probably never go this dark ..

@@cbfranco3307 I never played the second or first game , if u think E.gadd is good that fine with me ..but I personally like E,gadd better as a odd mysterious scientist, that's hard to tell if u can trust or not , it makes him more interesting,for fans like myself who like darker & scarier things & can feel free to think about what he could be planning or doing with the ghosts or his experiments behind closed mansions when Luigi or polterpup aren't around...
R u familiar with the movie director ghost ,Morty ? In LM3, he seem to be a friendly enough ghost but if u choose to catch him , Luigi looks/ feels guilty.. it makes other players or at least me wonder ?..up intill now Luigi never felt bad capturing ghosts for E.gadd because he always been scared of them ..but if E.Gadd is a good guy why would Luigi suddenly start feeling bad about catching one ghost for him ? Even if E.Gadd intentions for studying catching all the ghosts he wants Aren't bad he may not realize some ghosts mit be happier being free rather then being cooped up in a lab , that wasn't effected by king boo magic & turned evil for some reason?

Maybe bonneters weren't originally hats, but they became hat like. They look like eeries from Dinosaur Island, but why is Dinosaur Island the place with so many ghosts? It must be because Yoshi's can actually die, or become ghosts. Yoshi's are the ones who can turn things into eggs and control other magial powers, so it must be that Koopas turn yoshis into ghosts because that's a way to steal their power, and create magical Koopa shells. That's why shells are detachable, the Koopa lizards are not turtles at all.
Yoshis' Island is also associated with Shy Guys and Toadies, apprentice Magikoopas who wear Shy Guy robes. Think about it, amateur magic, and creatures with horribly deformed faces, under a mask as white as egg shell? Koopas are experimenting with shell magic, and not only to horrible failure: the successes are obviously the higher level Koopas, with PERMANENT shells and magic powers, from Lakitus and Hammer Bros all the way up to Bowser himself! And what about a successor for Bowser? Clearly he wants a unique and powerful heir, and what happened to his 7 most known candidates? They were famously disowned, downgraded to "generals" like Boom Boom at the point when a TRUE pinnacle of those experiments appeared, pure enough to be named "Bowser Jr."
Bowser is known to recruit the troops native to his enemies' lands, like Goombas of Mushroom kingdom. So perhaps there is a "goomba" of Dinosaur island as well, and that is a reptilian formerly known as poor Yoshi, extracted from his spirit that became an Eerie and manipulated in mind and flesh to serve the Koopa troop as a Toady, or a disfigured Shy Guy. After an apprentice period, he re-learns the ability to control magical egg shells, but this time in the form of a powerful NokNok shell making him suitable to join the Koopa troop. Those unfortunates with mangled bodies would stay Shy guys, but who knows what they become if they can build self-esteem to overcome their problem. Perhaps defect to land of dreams or Sarasaland, where their dependency on masks will establish it's own, rich culture, or they could use magic of their own to forge a new path as a creature that strongly resembels their previous life as a Yoshi: a Birdo. A strange soldier of fortune with uncertain alliances.
But the Eeries were not helpless spirits of the dead. Reminded by cap-wearing humans, the Eeries would rediscover their Yoshi Egg abilities, in the more sophisticated form of body covering that is a fancy hat. LAcking bodies they couldn't create egg shells from enemies, but they use their own incorporeal bodies to whisk themselves into the enemy who they use as a shell, reversing the process but keeping the fundamentals.
