I used to make this a lot when my kids was little. only I usually used fried rice, either a box mix or my own recipe...or I many times I'd use a box mix mac and cheese with tuna, or canned chicken. My youngest didn't really like tuna that much.

I used to make this a lot when my kids was little. only I usually used fried rice, either a box mix or my own recipe...or I many times I'd use a box mix mac and cheese with tuna, or canned chicken. My youngest didn't really like tuna that much.

I made this last night after watching your video. But I’m mistakenly added the cup and a half of water to the rice calls for. And of course it was soup so we had tuna casserole soup. My husband said it wasn’t too bad. But next time , I’ll do better. Lol
I never have instant rice. But this coukd be mixed up with made ahead or leftover rice then pop in the oven to heat through and get a melt top. 🎉
