My comment is for all the Singlsih people in Sri Lanka. Don't make fun out of Piumi since she cannot speak English. This is Sri Lanka, and our mother tongue is Sinhala. I am really impressed with how she speaks in Sinhala at an English show, and I really admire her courage. People are so worried about why she is here if she cannot speak English. That's Hi Crew's call, not hers. Thanks to Piumi, heaps of people are gonna know about this channel also. In every family, someone has sacrificed to give us a quality life or a good education....it might be our parents, grandparents or great grandparents. Piumi is doing her best to give her son a quality life, which she hasn't had. I don't know about her private life, but please don't always judge people unless you are perfect in every way.

I have never commented on any of your Date with Dhanu videos. However I thought of commenting on this because this interview was extremely good! Politics aside, Ranjan Ramanyaka is one of the greatest human beings. I adore his personality! I salute Piyumi Hansamali for breaking the language barrier and speaking in Sinhala. People should know that English is just another foreign language. After this interview I got to know a good side of Piyumi and I feel that she is a great woman and a mum. Thank you Dhanu for this awesome interview.
This is why the production quality and who conducts the program matters..Most of the programs, mostly 'youtubers' used Piyumi as a way to ignite the audience and show only the negative side and what can be marketed for the mass.. Danu did a great job and Piyumi, no matter what she does and her past and present, never forget she too is human and have her share of flaws like all of us do.

This was the one I was mostly awaited. I don't like either Ranjan or Piumi. But for no reason,I like this episode. It's unique. This is better than other episode cuts of females who showed out to be posh in reality. This was so natural.

Every other celebrity struggled with their English except for few. And they looked dumb when they tried to put up a front they didn’t have . In that case piumi is extremely brave and confident in joining a show as such .

This was the one I was mostly awaited. I don't like either Ranjan or Piumi. But for no reason,I like this episode. It's unique. This is better than other episode cuts of females who showed out to be posh in reality. This was so natural.

Really enjoyed watching this episode Danu. RR is one of my favourite actors in Sri Lanka. And as a politician he's someone I have a lot of respect for. This is the first talk show which I have seen Piyumi Hansamali is in. She's a very beautiful woman. Everyone has their personal lives no one has the right to judge anyone. It was a very fun show...
Every other celebrity struggled with their English except for few. And they looked dumb when they tried to put up a front they didn’t have . In that case piumi is extremely brave and confident in joining a show as such .

Danu, you are an amazing person for being brave to get this controversial two personalities to the program, truly you're an amazing person for handling the program with dignity and being so comfortable with them despite the language barrier. Piumi is a beautiful lady and a mother, we all have flaws , but let's just embrace the goodness in people instead of humiliating them for their flaws ,not all of us are saints at the day. She is doing her best and let's just give her a chance.
