In this tutorial, I create an eternity ring (it takes me an eternity because I speak eeeternalllyyyyyyy). Then I make a render using CYCLES. At first I add some clowny colored spheres that look pathetic, but then I come back to my original idea and I create some wireframe geode structures that end up looking aamaaaaazziiiing! We also make VIGNETTE and GLARE effects using the Compositer. So watch the video to the end!
Hello, I made the ring following this tutorial and sent the file to 3D printing, they said it has 146000 errors not possible to print, is there a way to check in what did I do wrong?
When exporting an STL, it must go to the doctor. Normally the people printing it do such repairs. It can be many things. You must model a clean solid, no missing vertices, duplicated edges etc... STL rarely come out without stiches to be repaired. Check with REMESH modifier if your model keeps a good geometry and then export it. Or just check your STL yourself google "stl repair online" - Anyway the people printing it should help you with that, it is their job, so, I would find somebody else to print it.
