@@LittleAl016 Well yeah if you're getting technical no ending is canon it's who you choose, but there are subtle hints and apparently some comic had Ninian and Eliwood end up together. Lyn and Hector I don't think so I know it's a generic trope, 2 people that can't stand each other end up together even though it makes no sense, but I'd see Rath and Lyn as the most likely or Lyn ending up with no one and returning home, and one of the Pegasus knights with Hector (can't remember their names, not Florina).
@@IgnatiusBlaze4 Hector actually confesses his love to Lyn during a conversation that unlocks a song in the Sound Room. Lyn has a conversation with Hector in the endgame that literally ties in to Hector's paired ending. Literally no equivalent to the above exists with Lyn's or Hector's other possible spouses. Not even Rath, Florina, or Farina.
@@LittleAl016 Lyn and Eliwood have an endgame conversation, so do Eliwood and Ninian, just depends on who you pair them up with. Lyn ending up with Rath makes the most sense because he has no other supports, but has a daughter in the sequel. Plus it makes more sense for her to go back home because she feels she belongs in the plains, she's never fit in as royalty, with Rath that's possible, it's that, no support, or with Florina (maybe Sain and Kent to I can't remember). What number is it in the sound room?
@@IgnatiusBlaze4 Lyn and Eliwood's endgame conversation is literally the same one that I said "ignores literally every Lyn Support that isn't Lyn/Hector A". Plus, just because Rath has a daughter in FE6, that doesn't mean that him marrying the girl who's the most likely to be Hector's canon wife "makes the most sense". (And if it truly did "make more sense", I wouldn't be saying that Lyn is the most likely to be Hector's canon wife.) You're ignoring the love confession Hector gives Lyn, and the amount of concern Lyn has for Hector after hearing that Uther had died. Plus, it's only if Lyn doesn't have an A Support with either Eliwood or Hector that Lyn says that she feels like she "belongs in the plains". If she does have an A Support with either one of the two, no such statement ever comes up. And frankly, with getting confessed to, and falling enough in love with the guy to the point where she doesn't want anything to happen to him, it's pretty darn safe to assume that she would be completely OK with being a noble. The song I'm referring to is #81 in the Sound Room. You literally can't unlock it without getting Lyn and Hector up to A with each other, since it only plays during a conversation during the story that requires them to have an A Support.
