My hero also. I was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma in September 2018. My doctor told me I had 7 months to live. They put me on Dr Jim Allison's life saving discovery and here I am 17 months later and cancer free. I hope to be able to meet him in the near future and give him my personal thanks.

This is so wonderful it brings me to tears, this man has become my new hero. I have believed that chemo and radiation were the wrong answers for a long time. this gives me hope that accepted medicine may finally go the right direction instead of torturing people with horrible chemo and radiation. This man is truly a great person. Thank you Mr. Allison for being so strong and not giving up, for fighting the mainstream.
