I must watch more of this so my english will improve. You should make more videos tackling about grammar. I'm sure it will help many students who are struggling in their grammar.
After taking notes on modal verbs, I will be able to use them correctly by now. However, whenever I hesitate about their uses, I must go back to my notes and write down a couple of sentences just to make sure that I remember and will not forget.

in one of my grammar book I saw these ones "need, dare and ought to" so when can we use them?! but in that book "need and dare" were called "semi-modals" would you explain it your next video!?
Need for speed. For me,need is similar to "must" when you want something and cannot lbe without it. Context: I'm thirsty. Example: I need water.

Thank you for teaching me how to use " shall", this is the very word Japanese school teachers do not teach at all! I shall review a lot !
Maybe because it's seen as very formal nowadays and is therefore seldomly used (especially in American English you probably won't hear that at all). By the way: Shall can be also used as future tense (replacing will) for the first person singular and plural (I and we). Greetings!

As a native speaker, what will you do when you talk with a person whose english isn't fluent?

Hi! Thank you for your lesson. Could you explain something about "ought to"? Why did you skip it?
“Ought to” has-to which most modal verbs don’t, so you can say that it is a semi modal word.Ought to and should can be replaced for each other (also depends on the the sentence )
Mansa Kaur , as a matter of fact i would like to know this difference ("also depends on the the sentence"). If they are absolutely replacable, what difference between them? I read somewhere that we can use "Ought to" in more formal conversation. Have you heard something about it?

The abbreviation for "we would" is "we'd"

Hi Lucy, could you make a video about how to use 'possibly' and 'probably' properly? Thank you so much.
Possibly and probably mean almost the same thing. However, the difference is that:
Possibly: 40-60% chance of something happening.
Probably: Above 60% chance of something happening.
You can also say "probably not" which means that there is a less than 40% chance of something happening.
Well, basically, they work like adverbs of frequency (always, usually, often, sometimes, etc.) and we can use them almost interchangeably depending on circumstances. For instance:
1. This last exam is possibly/probably the most difficult.
2. He couldn't possibly/probably have heard what he said.
3. A: Are you going to Scarborough Fair?
B: Possibly/Probably.
I am not a native speaker. If possible, could you explain it in detail? It is still confusing me a little. Thank you so much.
Possibly could be a lot less than a 40% chance.
Possible regards the existence of something. Question, "Is it possible for man to travel to Mars?"
Probable regards the chances of something happening. "Though it is now not possible for man to travel to Mars, someday man will probably make the journey."
