For me, I found during this meditation that a very scary thought I had as a young teenager reappeared but was not scary at all. This realization gave me a great sense of satisfaction and makes this Med. very special. Thanks for helping make the "magic moment"! I also hope you guys are also very pleased.
I really liked this one! You have a pleasing, calming voice. Since I wear headphones, it's easiest for me to listen to my breath. You helped me remember to focus on that again and again. Thanks for all you do :)
When it comes to meditation and observing I often "get out of myself", give myself a hug and say "thank you for taking such a good care of me".❤ Have you ever tried that?
I discovered this channel yesterday. I did a 15’ meditation and I loved it. Today, I did this one but there was exactly the same words as the one i did but different timing. Didn’t like that
I couldn't do the last guided exercise in the meditation. But vipassana is I'm pretty sure my favourite meditation; I've done one of the 10 day stays about a drcade ago, but broke my foot practicing and stopped due. Today felt like an okay time to explore it again and it probably was.
This is not a complaint, it's an observation. When you're guiding a meditation, you must alter your voice speaking to someone in a regular voice during a meditation is significantly less effective. Your voice must be calming
Breathe and meditate in any way that's comfortable for you. Ideally, you should sit upright to focus your attention, but it's okay to lay flat if that's more comfortable.
I can't seem to breath properly on exhale while sitting upright, I have COPD,but I breath while upright during the day and don't have any serious problem. I think that concentrating on my exhale makes me more conscious of the COPD. Will try to ease that in time

Or nose inhale, mouth exhale?
