    So, intermittent fasting should not be done if you experience Adrenal Fatigue?

      That's correct. Low adrenal function is associated with low blood sugar.

    I follow most of this but love to eat fruit surly not that bad ? And one cup off coffee in the morning..

    Dr hagmeir I have been a vegan one year now, and I don't know if it's cUse of my lack of meat but I notice I feel tired in the morning! I wake up early 6 or 7 but can't seem to get up and go! Would becoming a vegetarian help balance my body out more completely! By including eggs and fish!

      MexiQ ri That would help (from my personal perspective). Also, you should get checked for Iron deficiency and B12 deficiency.

      Ive become a vegetarian. eggs chicken and fish, but no pork or beef and now i'm able to wake up early and have energy all day. Hmm weird how a little meat is helping me. I take a men's multivitamin daily so I doubt its lack of b12 I'm fine with that. Thanks!

      Indigo, just curious, did you ever at any point actually count your calories and protein intake on the vegan diet? Because if not, then the problem was probably just your lack of paying attention to getting the right macros, not the vegan diet itself. A lot of people make that mistake when they go vegan, because they're not used to needing to do that when they just naturally consume higher calorie higher protein foods in other diets.
      And btw you'd only need to count calories and protein for a short time. You don't need exact numbers, but just to be in the healthy range. You'd quickly start remembering apx how much is in different foods so you'd naturally start to piece together your meals for the day with the right amounts.

    Chickens are feed soy in their feed chickens can't process soy so its passed to the yolks

    is raw organic cacao powder ok to have if you have adrenal fatigue? i have adrenal fatigue and i consume quite a lot of cacao.

      Your life shouldn’t be repetition that’s what these dumbasses that yes are doctors can’t understand because once they learn something it’s the god given truth 😂... some days u could fast some days you need food early to give u energy especially before a big day that u have... sooo it all matters what you want to accomplish and when you want to accomplish it. If you want to workout today you should get your breakfast in not loads of protein because protein is best taken during recover post workout... use all your knowledge possible and never cut out an energy source especially carbs.... obviously mass produced foods will be drained of nutrients
