I can confirm crying in the workplace will actually take you farther, particulalry as a black woman. People treat you inhumanely and we need to humanize ourselves. cry and say your feelings were hurt. it is not fair to always be the strong one.
@@PaigeSpiekz agreed 👏🏾
Absolutely, I have done it once when I knew this white lady was trying some nonsense during a meeting, she started crying saying she could not speak to me ( although never raising this concern in any of our 121’s or with senior management prior) so I cried a little harder 😂 the Director stopped the meeting and warned her looool imagine 🙄
This was very informative. However that 'bare minimum' statement about black people is so stereotypical! I have seen great and poor work ethic from people of all races.
True talk Uzi. At the end of the day, people will priortise their interests
Please I would like advice on my son being discriminated against in school and he just started in year 7..
And I remember there was an episodes you spoke about it on your pod before…any advice would really be helpful 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Why is the N-word part of black people's vocabulary? We do not have a monopoly over a word. If we can use it then don't be surprised others do. I don't use it so don't expect others to. An opinion opposite to this is hypocricy.
@@gavinjohnson3065 agreed, we shouldn’t be saying that word!
You ain’t black😂😂😂
@@GaelThunder Then prove it?
@ “Gavin Johnson” sounds like 40 year old man with kids😂😂😂
@@GaelThunder I will take that as a compliment that I am acting maturely, beyond my age. So prove I am not black? Let's stay on topic. No deflection.
The girl in black sounds like she has a lot of condescending opinion about black people in the work place.
@@Alajoketia I think she was being mindful of her profession and so she was being professional which may have led to your opinion. I could be wrong and I am not attacking you in any shape or form.
However some black people are funny too
Easy, WORK FOR YOURSELF OR FOR YOUR OWN COMMUNITY INSTEAD OF WORKING FOR RACIST PEOPLE.
