I bought the same winch mount for my sons 2016 Polaris Sportsman 450HO. I had to drill new holes for the lead on the face of the bracket. We bought the 2500 lb version of the same Badlands you have from Harbor Freight
Can u turn the bracket upside down and notch it with the radiator there ? I have a 2021 450 HO EPS. Also what is the bracket description on Amazon #. Thanks Mark
Instead of going to the battery and notching the cover, could you go to the bus bar? I have the same polaris, I have been struggling with buying an OEM quick connect or an aftermarket
Yeah you could go there, probably just have to find some nuts for the studs. But it would work. I thought about doing that too. The Polaris ones really are nice and easy to do.

I would just buy the one that’s made for your machine it’s worth the money in the installment all I had to do was plug and play
