- In this episode Al reviews The TKO Suppressor/Moderator for Crosman & Benjamin non-threaded barrels.
We use a Crosman 2289 pump-up pneumatic airgun to evaluate the TKO using our digital sound meter.

I used 2 different slip-on TKO's with my 1322, and I have screw-on TKO's on my Marauder .22 pistol and 2240 with XL barrel. All work fantastic. I've never had issues with pellet deflection with my TKO' s like I did with another popular brand. I also use a Hill 8 screw-on with my Armada
.22 which is also awesome.

On a 2240xl the DonnyFL Tanto gives about 25 db reduction and the TKO on a 2289 gives 24 db.

I have one on a xs60c pcp .22 and it works very very well
I bet. They have always worked well for me. In talking with the owner and designer, many things in suppressor design (like all things) involve trade offs. In my opinion they made really good choices that resulted in a very quiet and pleasant sounding report out of a well thought out design. And it’s durable $ reasonably priced.
Price you got was way better than what I paid,
Mine was one dollar less than the gun
@@johnconnor6725 I think prices have come down for some models through volume. The $49.99 is on the unthreaded 6.5” carbon finish only for example.
