      Tell me about it! Not only am I a Truck driver, but I deliver new semi trucks and have to get on an airplane twice a week on average. I have to keep my weights low on luggage. Resistance Bands are the truth!

    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    Really enjoying this series of using bands for your workout. As a submariner I am very limited to workout equipment. We have bands onboard the submarines but no one uses them just because the lack of knowledge on how to use them. Having this video really helps out and will use this as a reference to whenever I go underway. I hope to see more content like this one. This really helps out our submarine force in a fitness way. Thank you!

    Thanks so much for this video....My workouts are usually outside at the playground and I did many of these with my bands and what a difference it has made in the intensity of my workouts!!     I've done the same exercises with the cross cable, but I like the bands more, because of the variable resistance. You get the most where you need it the most.

    I fell from a two story house lost two cervical, dislocated a shoulder my son is a physical therapist and recommended the bands he gave me as present to replace my free weights. I am convinced on the bands versatility and flexibility to build muscle and loose fat! Thank you for the reassurance ! I am a Marine Vet that likes to be ready in shape still at age 60!

    James, thank you so much for your resistance band videos. They have helped and guided me so much. About a year ago, I injured my shoulder precisely because those stabilization muscles were weak (rotator cuff of course). I tried and failed many times to get back to my normal state. Through trial and error I had to discover the correct way to work out again while maintaining those neglected muscles. I have to say that your videos are really teaching me so much. I finally understand proper form for these exercises because of you. I never thought about the concept of connecting the mind and the muscle. I apply this now everytime I workout. Anyways, I have a long way to go and thank you for being the light in the darkness!

    Firstly, I enjoy the I formation. Been workout with iron for 35 years. Incorporated different types of bands starting 10 years ago. Sometimes I notice if I do heavy bands for chest press or a hydrid flye, the band stretches around the back of my arm or elbow. The repetitive action caused me a lot of pain. I now never place a band over my tricep or elbow, but under my arms for chest. For shouldres I mainly stick to performing raises when using them. Keep up the great vids.

    I bought some bands a month ago not knowing to much about them, just to stretch my shoulders as I always mess them up. Liked it so I decided to do more. After a couple weeks now of only bands, honestly best I’ve felt in years, thnx James, used to watch your videos years ago on a different channel I think, now all bands and watching them again haha

    Resistance Bands are the way to go for men/women who travel for work, changes the game. As a OTR truck driver I start my day training in my trailer. It’s not how I built my physique but most I certainly am making more gains.

    I think Mr. Grage is using Wodfitter's brand of bands, which range from approx. $10USD to about $109USD on Amazon (depending on whether your purchasing single or multiple bands up to a full set of 5).     Just dome my first workout with bands,loved it! Cancelled my gym membership because of work commitments and was a bit skeptical about bands compared to weights. But I think there better, range of motion, joint friendly, and all the money I'm saving not going to gym. Got a really good pump and all in the comfort of my home, brilliant!

    Your channel on bands helped me a lot make a decision on buying a lat Machine or bands for my home gym. I went with bands and have to say I love them. I use them for all Cable exercises along with free weights.

    This all started from aircraft carrier jets, bungee cord, & Bobby Hinds and The Lifeline Gym. I say this not with the intent to undermine Mr. Grage or his product "Undersun Fitness." I like them. I like his knowledge and methodologies. I am merely stating a fact as to the origins of resistance band training; nothing more, nothing less.

    Excellent point on how well that bands work the stabilizer muscles. 👍
    Also the bands, unlike free weights or a cable, are not going to wrench your arm if you go too 'heavy'.

    Great video. I bought a couple bands to work on my rotator cuff. Then I discovered that they are great for working serratus. Now I'm using them more and more. I like to work out at home so much easier with bands.

    James, I've been watching all your band videos. Good work. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I've studied how to workout since I was a teenager. I agree with everything. You have taught me more band skills. I have started doing 4 sets with that explosive sprint at the end. This is the best. It just makes sense to target the type two fibers this way.

    thanks so much for doing these, i have completed 158 pounds of fat loss and am really working hard on muscle gain but big weights are hard for me at my age and with the lingering side effects of obesity, plus i don't always have a workout partner so its hard to push past 7 thenths, these really, really help

With bands i never have to worry about missing a workout like i have been ,bands i feel are a game changer and feel like there popularity will increase ,theres so many reasons to have and love them, dont see why they shouldnt be included in my training ,loads of beneficial qualities

    Taking a quick break from these workouts to say thanks, never have I felt my chest puff, even with proper form on the weight bench. I'm so sad that it didn't work but listening to my body, these have my chest blazing.

    I just implemented bands along with free weights and calisthenics work. Week one bands. Week two calisthenics week 3 bands.
    I've never felt stronger and gains are coming. Btw I'm 45 and could kick the shit out of 20 year old me. Lol nice vid. Thanks.

    BPI is a great product. I used to work for Gold's gym here in Dallas and I sold a shit ton of BPI mainly the BCAA line. Great tips here on the chest workout.

    The BPI Shredded BCAAs are my favorite in the fruit punch flavor. I mix it with Spirulina ,ACV and Psyllium husk.

    That opening exercise you are doing at the very beginning is something that is hard to duplicate with weights but it is of vital importance for shot-putters. If you try to imitate that movement with weights then you need an incline bench and then you don't have the body twist that you would have when throwing. And if you do that movement with dumbbells then the body twisting will add momentum to the weight and take away from the effectiveness of the incline push. BANDS GOOD.

    JAMESI think these are amazing workouts I have always thought bands were great if utilized properly . I.am really excited to see legs that is the one that has eluded me with bands . Thanks for a tremendous job. You both are amazing .

    Thanks to James grage.. Youve helped me out big time during this covid lockdown.. I find I get a better workout using bands... My question is - I'm 49 yrs old and quite a slim guy, I want to put on a bit of muscle just to give me a Shape and have my clothes fit better, I don't want to be massive,.. Will these resistance bands help build muscle and put a bit of size on me.. I do find I get better muscle tension and no injuries, the bands allow me to push a heavier resistance without needing a spotter, or being scared to lift heavy weights in case of injury,.. Your help on this would be appreciated.. Thanks

    Nice work man, have issues with a stomach hernia at the minute so I’ve been doing lower impact stuff with bands. Always have used them though in some shape or form. Keep up the good work brother...peace.
