This video reminds me exactly why I hate cooking sometimes, even when I have access to the missing kitchen equipment, my process still feels like going through trial and error. Her casual decisions of doing something different, from whats she's used too, is usually what takes me a lot of effort and end up in disaster. xD
Have been watching cooking shows all my life. Tenfold more so during Covid. This has been one of the best clips on food ive ever seen! Loved ur inspiration and such a fantastic and fascinating host and chef. More of this please :)

hahaha I've never seen such sketchy cooking in my life: rolling the dough on the floor with a bottle of tequila, taking it out of the oven with sponges 😂😂 I'm so impressed by the final result!

SPER false, this is from 1936. You can tell from Shoshanna’s outfit made out of renaissance flanelle, very much in trend that year and discontinued in 1939 because of limited supplies from Europe. The footage was colored with a digital print-on technique. Dubbing and sound effects probably from the 80s (the microphone tune gave it away).

She proves that you can make the most of what you have and cook from scratch. If that were my kitchen I would use Bays english muffins and Knorr hollandaise mix. She shows us that isn't necessary.

Jack Knipe I’ve seen some chefs use a Vitamix and hold batches of it in ISI canisters, then kept warm in a water bath.

I'm a white guy and I braid my hair because it's a pretty convenient way to keep it out of my face and I think it looks nice.
