I was so excited to see you both in Eau Claire. Wisconsin. I live 2 blocks from where you did Uber, on McArthur Ave. Glad you kids go to college here. Much safer place to be. Great videos.
Don’t pay for declined shopping orders with your own money. I did it once with Uber Eats and spent ages online to support trying to recover $15. In the end I just gave up.
I switch up CVS and Dollar General stores all the time because one may be closer than the store Door Dash wants me to go to, or maybe the cell service sucks at one store over another lol, and I just tell Door Dash that I'm at the right place.... and luckily my payments have always gone through.
Hell yeah! A couple years ago they had a feature in the app that would look for orders going near your home the last 30minutes of your shift. For the couple months we had it here it would put me within 1/2 mile of my house nearly every time!
I have "Travel Safely!" in my instructions, right after "Right side of building, not front!" that no one reads so I guess no one sees my travel safely message either lol. Had two this week that called me because they couldn't find me so guessing they don't read directions. No one has bagels like we do; my sister lives up in Cortland and has me send them frozen, still better than what they have!
I love special instructions! Delivered to a house once and in the instructions it said spin 3 times, so I did. They added $5 extra. Including silly things like that are like the Van Halen brown m&ms thing, it’s a check to see who is reading the instructions.
any time my dd card declines i contact support and when they say to use my own card or cash i say sorry i dont have another method of payment and then they fix my red card and say they have loaded the funds to try again and it always goes through. i refuse to use my own money by mom had to do it before for like 30 bucks and they reimbursed her then like 2 days later took the money back again it is too much of a hassle
@@TheLongIslandDashExperience The worst part is that when I noticed they are two different cards, I did not have the receipt anymore. So I had to contact the mercahnt to see if they could find it for me and they did. Overall, the merchant was easy but dealing with DoorDash was a pain, I think I had to submit a refund like 5 times until I had anough and made a list of all communications I have had and after a few days, I had a refund.
I had a DD order from Stop &Shop today…1 pint of ice cream had to substitute flavor because they didn’t have their flavor..got $7.75 1.5 miles ,delivered and realized I delivered to him 2 pints earlier in the week! What is Rebel ice cream?
You can shop at different stores with DoorDash I have done it many times with no issues probably with something with your card I had issues like that maybe possible to pay with QR code I don't know if you have that option there but I had had that problem when I had to pay with the QR code and I couldn't use it credit card just an idea
Love the shirt Lou 👍
My, now I want to try Long Island bagels. 🎉
Great going on surpassing your goal.

I love when Door Dash sends me to right near my house when I'm on my last order lol.

That’s the best
Make title of video 'doordash credit card declined, how doordash made me pay for your order' 😂😂
Wonder if Mr Lou liked the Merengue music @ Benito's Deli👍👍😊
Haha it is catchy
Bagels on Wisconsin are hockey pucks, now if you like donuts. Come on down.

@@mybrotherjames8579 That is amazing haha, thank you for sharing, and for doing it! I bet it's a memory they'll cherish.
I live in Maine Bagels are gross. My husband is from East Islip when we visit we always come back with Bagels, hard rolls and Italian Pastries.
I always heard New York has good bagels.

When I first started Dashing, I thought the Dasher Direct card was the Red card. Luckily I only used it once, but lesson learned.
Ouch

Lou you still sound a bit under the weather. How are you feeling?
Feeling much better
Did you ever find out why DD declined your card?
No, they didn’t tell me but they did reimburse us
Did they reimburse you? Was it added to your total?
Yes
Its expired lol😂
Do you all always make your goal in the 4 hours
Not always
Lou , can I talk to you if possible
