Thanks for the drills. I think as a PG should master them so he can allow himself to shoot and score more. For me, I sometimes find it difficult to jump up in front of the defender and shoot , or when I start from outside and roll on inside with a speed to pass him but I don’t have enough balance to jump and shoot correctly
how can you say definiteively that every guard needs these? every guard in the NBA plays differently - not every guard uses the same moves to solve the same problems on the court. its extremely reductionist to reduce players to needing to have a "checklist" of moves

Work on ankle mobility, strengthening the soleus and the anterior muscle and I guaranteed you will see a difference

Bro. It’s obviously an exaggeration to get people to watch their video. They’re great moves tho. Don’t take it too deep.
