Hello Juan when I was a child we lived in Arlington Texas back 1965 to 1967 the milk man delivered the milk to your front door. The milk was real cold in a glass container. Those were the days. Gas 1967 was 27 cents a gallon, they pumped your gas, check your oil, cleaned your wind sheild, and check your tire pressure again those were the days. You look great in your uniform, spot on the milk man. Thanks for the blast from the past. I was a Navy Brat then was 8 in 1967.

At least it's a 4 bedroom house, and it could be with utilities included. So more like $3600 or $900/person/month. I pay $1800 base rent for a 1 bedroom apartment lol. It is around 100sqm though so pretty big for a 1 bedroom.

This sounds like going back from expensive tv / social media marketing to door to door marketing, but also helping people with hard cash along the way. The money spent per person on advertising online usually ends up going into a lot salaries of people who worked on it, rather than to the end consumer.
