Hello again @user-ib7st9qv8b . Sorry to hear about your back pain. Make sure it's not a disk issue, then start walking a little more each day. Warm up your lower back and legs before walking, do a short walk, then finish with some light stretching... very easy stretching at first. Over the years I've found this combo works well for me when I've sat too much between working and the driving I do. Slow and steady wins the race.
