    Incredible! You have breathed life into a game that had been abandoned by its developer. Thank you so much.

    This app looks amazing! Does it only use the expansion boxes or can you also include the many villain and hero packs as well?

      It uses all the available content. This is an old version, though - we've released a complete overhaul two years ago, including full mission management. See here: th-cam.com/video/g6kxb0VzTQw/w-d-xo.html

    Looks Awesome ! German version planned ?

      The app is already available in German and English. You can simply switch languages on the start screen. Spanish is next, followed by Russian and French. If anybody wants to help with more languages, please let me know.
      The videos will only be English for now. I plan to look into German subtitles, though. However, I found that the automatic translation works surprisingly well.

    Might be a dumb question but how or why does this replace the FF app?

      The official app ("Legends of the Alliance") allows you to play three campaigns consisting of five missions each: Flight of the Freedom Fighter, Return to Hoth and Jabba's Realm. Those campaigns are inspired by the printed campaigns from the core game and the respective expansions, but not the same, and they feature a different campaign and progression structure. (They are only 5 missions long each, there are no side missions, and you have to buy your XP cards in order.)
      Imperial Commander, on the other hand, allows you to play the campaigns printed in the campaign books contained in each expansion, and any side mission. This greatly expands the number of available missions: The official app contains 20-25 missions, with Imperial Commander you can play all 120+ printed missions.

    Are you ever panning to make this available on IOS? I just got into this game and would love a way to play all of it solo!!!

      We looked into this relatively early on. Unfortunately, it's not possible. One, we would actually need a Mac device to export it to iOS, which we don't own. Two, Apple doesn't permit the installation of apps from exterior sources on its phones and tablets. So the only way to get it released on iOS would be to go through the official app store, which in turn would mean passing all the store's checks and requirements. Sadly, Imperial Commander wouldn't pass them.
      There are a few ways, but they are all somewhat unwieldy. A user actually exported an iOS version, which you could sideload on your phone/tablet if you had a Mac with xCode installed and a developer account. That is an old version, though. A second option would be to download the app on a compatible device (for example a Mac or a Windows Laptop) and stream it to your phone, for example using TeamViewer or SteamLink.

    can this be used to run an empire player smoother or without the campaign books?

    • @imperialcommanderapp8549
      @imperialcommanderapp8549  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm not quite sure I understand the question - can you elaborate a bit?
      In any case, you always need the campaign books to play.

      @@imperialcommanderapp8549 i think he means, can a imperial player use this app to make it easier for him, or can you replace the campaign books with this app

    • @imperialcommanderapp8549
      @imperialcommanderapp8549  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@grissnagck Ah, I see. In that case, no to both, I'm afraid - the app is meant to replace the Imperial player, not to support them, and you always need the campaign guides.

    Any chance we’ll see an app for iOS?

    • @imperialcommanderapp8549
      @imperialcommanderapp8549  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately, Apple's walled-garden-approach makes it next to impossible to get an app onto iPhones and iPads without using the App Store, and IC doesn't fulfill the app store guidelines and never will. If you own a Mac, however, you can get it to iOS by sideloading it. The process is described here: boardgamegeek.com/thread/2611941/article/37512685#37512685
