The more content I see on this game the more I fall in love with it!
I may be missing something, but did you use the Royal Guard "Sentinel" ability for the other Royal Guard? The ability states, "friendly, non-GUARDIAN figure" but the guards are GUARDIANS.
This is great I absolutely love this game. Both for the campaign as well as the Skirmish. Some tips to keep the crazy amount of tokens off the board, I painted the side of the base different colors to match the id token colors, such as red, purple, blue, etc. I also painted markings for 1, 2, and 3 unit per deployment card units. For example my stormtroopers have one line on the base of one, two lines on the base of another, and three on the last. My deployment card is in a sleeve with another card behind it with a 1, 2, and 3 on the second card. This has given me the ability to never have any tokens on the board besides crates, terminals, objectives.
I personally painted the bases of the regular troops gray, elite troops red, and rebel heroes white. For duplicate groups, I painted the figured differently (for the two regular stormtrooper squads, I painted one group with clean armor and the other group with dirty/sandy armor).

At 6:10 the guard picks up the token however I thought I read in the rules you couldn't pick up token's whilst an opponent is also adjacent to the token?
Can you perform 'move' twice per activation?
Would love to see a consistent Rebel list from you. Only played 1Skirmish mission but its hard to see Vader being killed by a non Vader list.

***** how about Zach plays a non-Vader list against a Vader list. I'm not too confident in rick's strategy skills. I don't know how to say this without being mean, but my intention's are pure I assure you. I play skirmish hardcore and I'm trying to find good-quality video's that reflect hardcore skirmish. However both videos you have posted (this one and the march monthly) it's just a massacre. It's one person understanding the game against another that doesn't and gets stomped because of it. Skirmish really boils down if you "get" skirmish you will win 100% of the time against someone who doesn't "get" it. Also every HUD you have for your other games blows this out of the water. You have "learning skirmish" as the title but yet the viewer has no idea what the cards are, what the dice results are, and the lingo you use is usually assuming you know everything about the game anyway. I made someone watch this game that wanted to get into it and was completely lost the entire time. Also it was a matter of time before Zach found out Vader, 2 guard and 3 officer is the way to go.

The combination of being able to move through enemy models with barely any penalty, as well as the ability to move essentially three times thanks to officers, makes the game feel quite a bit unbalanced at times.

I thought you couldn't use Assault and Brutality in Skirmish mode... it says in the rulebook, no?
I think your mistaking the general rule that in the skirmish game figures can't use both actions to attack. However the card text and abilities for units override the written rules. It's FFG's policy that abilities and card effects override the rules if they conflict.
