The flightmodel questions and criticisms could really be down to the fact that the sim now offers so much more capability to model the physics, compared to the old way, that some of us might be confused, because this is actually the way this plane handles, and while it may feel strange, it may just be the accuracy that is felt for this specific plane. I feel, that in msfs2020 every super detailed plane vs another, feels so much more different, vs lets say the same two planes in p3d, this again being because the core of the sim is being worked on and expanded to allow for better physics and flight modelling. I'm very impressed and I fully believe that the pilots that aided the development of this know best. I'd trust that.
Good stuff man! I've been flying it since I got it, putting hours on it after I finished the first look video. It is so amazing to have a personalized aircraft in the sim that I can maintain. Absolutely love it to bits! It really does feel like a living breathing aircraft.
I just purchased this great plane. Very nice. Please note that I have a speed brake button assigned to my TM and I erroneously left it on during the flight, and the plane wouldn’t go faster than 90 knots on horizontal flight….but the 310R doesn’t have speed brakes, so why does it react to an outside speed brake command? Nothing big, I wonder if somebody else has had the same issue.
I'm in Phoenix. Being from Arizona, have you noticed that the clocks in the aircraft (and live time in general) is off an hour to our real time in AZ? Something is not right in the sim with the fact that we don't change time. My PC regions/timezone is set correctly. Have you found a way around this (or experiencing it in the first place)?
Great video, great new aircraft! But it screwed with my cockpit view and mouse clicks. Still have to hit ctr-0 to enter VR and use mouse in cockpit, and these keys change view in C310. If I remap keyboard, I can’t hotfix that mouse bug. I figured it out by changing default view in MSFS. Landing lights don’t work, only taxi lights from nose wheel mount. Landings have been kinda unbalanced and jerky. Still playing around with it. It’s a winner in my livery!
20 minutes in - and I jumped to Milviz for a purchase. No need to wait for A2A anymore. Going to be an expensive weekend with PMDG 737 hitting my wallet too....
@@OverkillSimulations So does the Kodiak (although chat mentioned it a few minutes later!)... and maybe??? the Britten Norman, otherwise yeah not many do it. Oh, the Concorde does too, but not sure if that is just a toggle or if its weight based, I think it is weight based with how many it shows, but you can toggle them on and off with a switch.
I noticed that I had a huge frame rate loss in VR between the 410 and 310 of about 22FPS. Did you see any losses between the these aircraft. My frames are just down with the 310...
Overkill I lost all my bravo and alpha profile settings at zero way to recover them I don't know what happened with the sim but this is the first time this has ever happened
I think the flysimware version of the 414 is hands down better, apart from the tablet in this and dirty wear and tear it's not that great with a weird flight model. I'm scratching my head as to why it's getting good reviews to be honest.
I’ve seen two takeoffs from different pilots and both had bad/unexpected takeoffs. Maybe that alone says volumes about the flight model. In any case, after seeing the wing dynamics (flapping in turbulence and flexing) of the PMDG 737, And the beautiful raytraced lighting of the cockpit and detailed graphics, I think I’m going to spend my next sim cash on it, even though I wish we could get a good GA model that rivals the PMDG.
@@aerofart i will definitely pick up time 737. Also please keep in mind I didn't follow the trim settings for takeoff which I stated in the video I was doing on purpose to see if it was truly required or another aircraft that really didn't need it. I didn't trim the rudder or elevator
@@OverkillSimulations Fair enough. But I’ve read a few comments here and don’t see you giving your opinion of the flight dynamics/model. Still haven’t seen the entire video yet, still watching.
@@aerofart I really try to be careful how much I talk about the flight dynamics. I call them out as challenging and busy. However, I don't think it's fair to state much else as I'm not a real pilot of low wing twin engine aircraft or anything else for that matter. So I really feel I can only fairly comment on my experience with the aircraft which I thoroughly enjoyed

Those wing pods are great for small children. Comfy
The wings fold down 12.5 degrees which allows the fuel tanks to serve as pontoons for water landings when needed. ;)

I hope the Beaver they propose will be as Awesome and Perfect as the Aerosoft one for FSX I even asked a real Beaver Pilot and He said it wasn't bad.
Kevin from 310 pilot does not Rotate until around 90 knots.
Awesome review, keep up the good wook. Don't if you knew but the plan sign "C-OLIN" is like saying "damn" in French, im steeling that lol

The Kodiak 100 will put passengers in. It's one of the two passenger models and why both don't, I don't know.

Huh... you know I so rarely fly in live since I usually record at night... I'll check that out
My fave Aircrasft in Xplane11. Looking forward to this in Msfs

Great video, love the aircraft
H125 places passengers when you add the respective weight, including the medical variant.
That's true. I forgot about that.

The control settings are saved in the cloud so I'm not sure what would have happened.
Pmdg dc-6 number one, almost real aircraft
is this coming to xbox also? Awesome vid preview🤘
I actually don't know the answer to that.
Note - it is not avail on marketplace - Run over to Milviz...
Do we know if this is going to come to the Xbox?

cannot start ready to fly ?
Nice presentation of this aircraft...Thanks. Engine sounds are too low compared to your voice. Couldn't enjoy it much.
It was nice to have been had.
I liked it!
