I've seen the clip of Sinead singing this many times, it's an amazing, heartfelt, genuine performance. The wolf howl at the end is class and I miss it in every other version of the song. However, I'd never heard the interview portion til today. My heart breaks. As it has every day since July 26th, 2023. I'll never forget the moment I heard. Sometimes I feel Survivor's Guilt. Those of us who live with the effects of trauma know those dark moments where you feel you can't take the pain anymore. Why Sinead, who had so much to offer the world, and not me? I genuinely ask my higher power this question and pray to understand my purpose on this earth. RIP Sinead

We're selfish because we loved her and wanted what was best for us, which is to have her here. But what's best for her soul is being right where she is; with God in heaven. Thank God she shared her talent, just her being, with us all in the time we had her.
