    this reminds me of a very old story i read from someone who used to work for...Circuit City.
    they did a survey and asked customers, "what do you like most about our store?"
    the #1 answer was "you don't play loud music like other stores."
    BUT, the crazy managers of Circuit City responded to that by *playing the loudest music of all* and anyone who complained was told, "we know you LIKE it this way"!
    and that was just the FIRST of MANY times their crazy leaders deliberately did the OPPOSITE of what they had been TOLD that the customers WANTED!
    that was one of the main reasons they went out of business.
    i heard elsewhere that they also treated their employees terribly, repeatedly firing EVERYONE and replacing them with cheaper workers...

    Story 24: They at least acknowledge that there's factors working against us there and that there's a corrupt health care industry, I've been around people who refuse to do that, those are the people whose statements I find controversial...or talk about it as if it's another way for undesirables to be winnowed out(I've been around those too, it hits a nerve with me, and gives Darwin a bad name).
    Wish the industry would come up with a way to just let us metabolize the foods that exist in a way that *makes* them healthy for our bodies and lets us derive the nutrition we need...and before any of you say I'm just a bum who wants to eat anything they want with no consequences, well, you're right, but this would also solve world hunger, if we could send a drone that delivers pallets of ramen to drought stricken/natural disaster areas (and the means to cook it) and people could eat it without suffering from malnutrition, we'd be golden, think about that.

    Document, document, document. Every state in the US: Report to Better Business Bureau or Office of Consumer Affairs, Department of Insurance, etc. Call the TV / news outlets. Document - make notes of time, date, day, person or department.
    Call your congressman. Document.
    Ask for responses in writing, or email.
    My personal favorite is to tell representatives that I'm retired, have a cell phone that plugs in and nothing else to do except elevate complaints.

    GameFreak , they put no effort into their games anymore and are just coasting off of their success. They are also trying to ban using mounts in games unless you're with Nintendo. I can't believe they are allowed to get away with this crap

    AAA. My parents used AAA all my life growing and I used AAA for 15 years. One day I was driving to my parents house when I crashed right into another car that pulled out in front of me (other driver's fault) and because I live in a no fault state, I was in charge of paying for my own car repairs. Well because of a paperwork error on the fault of the agent, AAA decided that they didn't have to give money to me for my car repairs and in fact canceled my insurance on the date of the accident. It wound up costing me over 10 grand out of pocket to pay for the damages, of which I had to get financial help from my dad, and we wound up having to sue them to get any money out of them. This whole experience crippled me financially and I flat out refused to ever touch AAA again.

      It's so odd, my family has been with CAA for decades, and most Canadians are as well. I rarely hear bad things about them, but since I've gotten to the US a couple years ago I've heard a lot of bad things about AAA. I don't know what it is about the different chapters, but they definitely seem to have a completely different handbook in the states

    Microsoft; I bought Minecraft for my daughter's, back when Mojang owned it. Once Microsoft bought it, they offered the ability to transfer your account and honoring the original purchase. I followed their process for the transfer. My daughters continued playing for about a year, Microsoft then locked us out of the account; stating that the game version changed and thus requiring us to buy the official Microsoft version. I reluctantly bought the official Microsoft version because customer support said that there was nothing that they could do.
    One year later, and they've changed it again; demanding yet again, more money for a game that I've already paid for 3 times. The girls understand and have resorted to playing the education edition for free. F Microsoft and everything that they stand for.

      Stopped as well, bought it in January of 2011 from mojang in euros. Microsoft forced the migration by blocking updates on the launcher until migrated then locked me out twice making it mandatory to pay $59.99 and $69.99 respectively and got corporate nasty with me by blocking my outlook email which caused havoc with my pc and my windows key as a result.

      Let's not even get into the fact Microsoft is about to globally screw it's customer base over with limiting support for 10 and attempting to kill all other earlier versions.

    Amazon:; the corporation might not hate their customers., my experience is for working at a warehouse. Around about 40 - 60 percent of staff would rather either order from ( Walmart/ Target/ Kroger) ., or go there in person…. We don’t like y’all

    • @DavidRichardson153
      @DavidRichardson153 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Doesn't surprise me, though. I have USAA accounts (being the son of a Navy vet qualified me), and my mother works there (mortgage specialist, not customer service). They are fine with basic banking, but be careful with the other stuff. Housing finances depend a little on the region, but the customer service seems to be universal.

  • @tytoalba605
    @tytoalba605 23 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

    Most it actually hates employees, but one I'd say is wizards of the coast trying to make the ttrpg side like the Sims as if the books are rare when they are not especially as ounce you understand d&d's core rules there is nothing to stop homebrew yet that's what the company wants to do as if the company has better creative ideas then its customers.
    When the core rules actually are lazy so spin offs they cant copyright happen daily which are better then the actual game but the joke is if you buy the books they last so long you dont actually need the updates 😂
    Yet like the Sims 4 its always pushing dlc in the form of rule books based on commonly used homebrew everyone already uses

    24:27 If you genuinely think this about publix then you're the type of customer that publix is actively trying to filter out with all the things you're complaining about.
    1) They pay significantly higher than minimum wage. Like 50-60% higher.
    2) They are majority owned by the employees
    3) The Bogo promotions are one part of the promotion process. My wife regularly walked out reducing $300 of groceries to $60.
    If you don't like publix, it's by design. YOU are a bad customer, and are the reason other grocery stores look like shit and offer shit tier products.
    Publix brand is also objectively better than name brands.
