What if your souse is in another country trying to get over. We just got our interview date for March and I am freaking out! I’m excited and worried at once. Most things I see are about couples already living in the same country together. Is there anything to expect for an interview with one person in their country?❤
Hello, I would really love your help on this as I am currently filing my I-130. On my last visit to the US I was admitted as K1 and it should have been B2 so my I-94 info is correct. Can I submit the info as is with an explanation or do I need to request a new I-94 and how do I do that?

They issued me rfe for i 864 before they can make a final decision on my case. Is that a sign that interview can be waived? My case was submitted last year November 2023

My husband and I had a Stokes interview for the first interview. All was well and resident card was approved on the spot.

Is it typical for the person conducting the Green Card interview to take your picture and fingerprints even if you had your biometrics already done?
This is not for k1 adjustments of status. K1 adjustments of status is still 3 to 4 months
