This is beautiful. As a disabled person myself it warms my heart to see other disabled people get what they need to live happy, independent lives, because I know what a huge difference it makes on the mind to be independent.

I was in a wheelchair for four weeks and I cannot imagine doing that every single day. The simplest things are a struggle.
I use a wheelchair daily and honestly it's not my disability or my wheelchair that's the problem. Its accessibility.
I'm so emotional after all these videos because I love seeing you help these people with not only there house but there life. I honestly wish I could meet you in person. I live in an a apartment with my mom and dad I'm 14 but I honestly look up to you in the ways you help other people

I keep forgetting he is in a wheelchair. He definitely does not let his wheelchair define him! His personality is so upbeat and he just exudes confidence in who he is and not a sprinkle of self pity. Amazing

So happy for this family. So jealous.
Sometimes its the simple things that matter most. I couldn't even imagine being bound by a wheelchair trying to navigate through my home, its not handicap accessible at all. Although we managed with my mom for about a year before she passed away, and my grandmother for a couple years before she passed away, but it was extremely difficult rooms weren't accessible due to the design you couldn't turn a wheelchair to get into a couple of rooms, bathrooms aren't handicap usable either no walk in shower you gotta step over the tub, or over a shower surround in either bathroom.
That new kitchen with the shelves that can lower is awesome, I have never seen that before, excellent use of new features. Nothing in that house is extravagant, and it don't have to be, what it has to be is accessible...
Their house isn't just a house anymore, its their home, awesome job George as always.
I am seeing this New Year's Day after discovering the program this last week. The attitude of these two has been a real inspiration to my resolution:"Get a grip" because they do not flop over in despair and be Pitiful but have been giving back. A real boost for my new year's resolution. Thank you all.

All these comments is totally ignorant, do you know how limited the time, energy and resources George and his team has? Removing the cabinets take a lot more time and effort than smashing it.
For the record, I have scrolled for a fair while and have not come across comments conveying the message you've stated they do. In the contrary, I've only seen comments that reflect people whom are compassionate and positive.
Now that, that's, out of the proverbial bag, recently - within the last week - I have been quite disheartened by this show's completely ignorant mindset that it's a "win" or feel satisfaction for killing another: of any species (human or otherwise)

this is such an amazing transformation. Love seeing the big design changes obviously, but also the smaller things like the lowered bench in the kitchen, and ability to pull down the shelves from the overhead cupboards, being able to close the bathroom door - those are my favourite parts because I know that will just make life so much easier for their family
