if your familiar with how to get the Gold Chip in original X3, thats how you get Black Zero in this romhack its just a color change that gives him all 4 of the chip upgrades and its obtained the same way the Gold Chip is in X3, just dont take any of the Chips in the normal stages and save it for the secret location in the Doppler Stages i would try to direct you further but its late at night and ive been short on sleep the whole day, but you can find videos on here to show how its done in the original game, for Black Zero just do the same thing in this hack but playing as Zero

If it wasn't Sigma, it was someone working for him I figured. Ultimately I'd decided it had to be him given everything we knew about him previously. Surely enough the animated cutscene and the cloaked figure with glowing facial scars in X4 confirmed it as did the ensuing scene after the intro level. I love it that the little improvements are being made to the classics.
@TheTang225: Kaiser Sigma is considered to be the most evil out of all the Sigma forms. Kaiser(pronounced kaie-sah in German) is German for emperor. This explains that Kaiser Sigma is more godlike out of all the other forms.
I have a mini stroke every time I watch someone struggle with a tight wall jump because not having a charge shot ready at all times, ever, for any reason would be a sin against God apparently.
Donovin perez Not actually. If I remember correctly, all this hack does is make it so that you can play as Zero any time, anywhere, instead of only in the levels and not against the bosses. Now, you can fight bosses using him, and go into levels you weren't able to go through as him.
